How was Monday Night RAHHHHHH this week? It's the same old, "it's not great but better than last week".  Seth Rollins Was Like, "MY Wrestlemania Loss Against Cody Rhodes Was A Fluke."  Why? Because according to the man himself, Drippy Jesus wasn't prepared for a big comeback match so he proposed a rematch against the white savior in nature, Cody Rhodes on this very show and Cody responded with, "Yessir. Imma finna beat you a** my G".  The match didn't happen (a good decision on their end) so instead, Cody faced Kevin Owens (because Seth later pulled out of the match) and the bout itself ended via a count-out due to the fact that Owens basically said, "F it. I'm out."  Ever since Rollins lost against Cody, I knew we were getting a rematch. I just didn't expect Seth to portray as somewhat of a heel rather than a full-fledged one, ya know.  It's still the only feud that's worthy of my interest going into the Backlash ...

The RAW after Wrestlemania where for a while, we're told that we cheer the bad guys and boo the good guys.  Not gonna lie, last year's RAW after Wrestlemania was one of the worst of all time and I'm happy to tell you that this year's show is nowhere near that.  That doesn't mean it was spectacular spiderman levels of good, it was just decent for what it was presented.  Cody Rhodes Is Going To Win Titles As A Thank You To The American Dream As Well As The People.  The headline pretty much described the entire segment other than the fact that SR The Drip Mane, Seth Rollins interrupted the guy and shook Cody's hands.  I'll tell you this, it's far better than his Anthony Ogogo promo last year. There it is. My 3rd time covering the RAW Before a Wrestlemania and like the previous years, it's pretty skippable and the reviews have the same amount of viewers as every lifetime movie on TV in that nobody watches or really cares about it.  And how was this week's episode of Monday Night RAW? To my surprise, it was pretty decent honestly.  Roman Reigns And Brock Lesnar exchanged a battle of the "I'm going to beat you at WrestleMania" line.  And who won that game? It's Brock obviously due to the way he said, "Welcome to Monday Night RAW" in the way only Lesnar can. Mike Rome looked at that and said, "I need to be the ring announcer that stepped up."  Both guys did a decent job of hyping this match and there's nothing to go further than that.  Akira Towaza gave a diamond ring to Tamina signalling a marriage of sorts (no sh*t, Omar) after they took down flippy Reg and his white friend.   We’re a few weeks till the so-called, “show of shows” and this has been by far, the weakest build I’ve ever covered. It’s so bad, I'll bet your "MyGm" playthrough in 2K22 had a better build.  And this episode proved my point. It isn’t the worst RAW I’ve seen but it’s definitely one of the most mediocre ones out there.  At least Veer is finally COMING! My man should talk to Sean Ross Sapp for a blue chew sample because it took him forever to come.  Kevin Baldwens!?  BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! THAT WAS AWFUL!  Owens, dressed as the rattlesnake himself, decided to mess with the audience by mocking Steve Austin (and no, it's not because Austin is apparently a fan of the Backstreet boys).  I will give Kevin credit here. Another week, another episode of Monday Night RAW aka a 2 hour podcast for an angry bearded white guy.  Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins spoke with Alpha Academy and………..  It led to a stunner from Kevin Owens to Chad Gable  I can't criticize the way Gable says thank you because after all, he's a chad.  The segment followed with a decent tag team match between two former rivals and the Academics.  And like their dating life, the Alphas took an L here.  This is the part where I would be mad at the tag champs getting pinned but those titles, as well as the entire tag division, are so meaningless, I don't have the energy to do so.  T-Bar vs Omos.  T-Bar lost a match and Omos can't wrestle for sh*ts. In other news, the colour of blood is red.  Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley And Liv Morgan vs Becky Lynch, Doudrop And Nikki A.S.H.  Bianca once again proves that she owns all of the EST by leading her team to victory with the KOD on Nikki Ash Ketchum....

 It's been a few weeks since I recapped the visual Nyquil that is Monday Night RAW and it didn't make me question my daily consumption so that's nice, I guess.  Paul Heyman Announces That Brocky Brock Is…….  Defending the title against Bob the lash man on March 5th at Madison Square Garden.  I don't mind a rematch since their previous encounter was decent and there's no way in Joe Pesci's universe that Bobby is taking back the big WWE belt.  The Street Profits vs Alpha Academy.  A decent tag team affair between all four talented individuals.  The academy of alphas defeated the former tag champs thanks to Otis's weight crashing down on Montez Ford which led to Chad Gable grabbing Ford's foot for the victory.  Finn Balor And Tomasso Ciampa vs Dolph Ziggler And Robert Roode.  Ciampa's theme song should be the main theme for Monday Night RAW in that no one will survive the visual atrocity that fans consume on a weekly basis.  He led his tag ...

Monday Night RAW had the "it's not bad" type of episode this week. That's it. That's my take on the red white ropes brand.  Kid Brock Looking Like A Cowboy, Baby!  Massive apologizes for that headline above that is referring to a man that appreciates his "southern heritage".  This opening act was an actual weigh-in for both men. The WWE champion also weighs in on how Bob isn't walking out of the Royal as a 2-time champion because Bobby WHO!?  I enjoyed the way Paul allows Brook Laser to embrace his antics by letting the big man talk. It's actually a fresh way to spice up Heyman and Lesnar's overall chemistry.  Bianca Belair vs Queen Zelina Vega.  Why has this match lasted for more than a minute? I have no idea since Belair could've easily defeated one half of the women's tag champion with ease.  At least the EST won the match with the KOD so that does it, I guess?  Kevin Owens vs Damian Priest For The United States Championship.  Fina...

You would think because I posted a RAW review early, the episode is actually good, right?  I yawned twice instead of 4 or 5 times so that's nice, I guess.  Images via WWE.com   Brock and Brocker Walked Near A Tree. At The Rumble, We're Going To See The One Two Three.  What I was trying to say is that both Lesnar and Lashley interacted with each other for the very first time. And the WWE champion wasted no time to roast Bob (kinda like the Distraction podcast every week).  Side note, Bobby said before all of this that the Hurt Business is no more to which my question is, why did they reunite the stable several months ago?  It's the first RAW review of 2022 and my 4th year continuing the war in professional wrestling bullsh*t which also kicked off my sad and miserable adulthood.  With that being said, this week's episode was not terrible.  Brocky Brock Reunited With His Well-suited Funky Bunch.  The best part? Lesnar wanted us to acknowledge his Viking roots with his beard and hair.   Paul Heyman went over the challengers for the fatal 4 way number one contender's match (aka the OG OG OG match at last night's day 1 show) in the most Paul Heyman way possible in that he praises you then proceeds to sh*t talk about you kinda like Tony Khan.  Later that night, Bob Lashley was crowned as the winner thanks to the almighty spear. Another week, another watered down and downright mid-episode of Monday Night RAW. The show once again, did bring the yawn. This was an eventful episode of Monday Night RAW, a few of which for the wrong reasons.  That's it. That's the intro. Images via WWE.com   Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor.  Before the match, Rollins glowed about the WWE championship match at *sigh* Day One (for real, y'all can't bring back New Year's Resolution?)  Side note, I can't help but look at how much of an afterthought Finn Balor is. He's literally replaced Ricochet's role on RAW as being kind there.  I will say, the match was good though.  Monday Night RAW was, like last night's Survivor Series PPV, pretty f'ing skippable.  Images via WWE.com   The entire narrative of this episode revolves around Vince McMahon's egg which sounds so weird to say out of context.  So, who stole that egg? Well, thanks to Sami Zayn's "sources", the person that took The Rock's golden egg (again, so odd to say it without context) from the Netflix film, Red Notice is Austin Theory and he got a WWE championship opportunity later in the episode. I do agree with Vince McMahon. No one likes a snitch.  Looking at you, SEAN. ROSS. SAPP or any other wrestling journalist!  Big E and Austin Theory did deliver a decent match and it ended with Big E retaining the championship due to the good old distraction finish from Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens arguing on the outside which sidelined Austin Theory.  It led to a good old brawl between Seth and Big E while Kevin Owens somehow didn't get involved in all of that.
