via WWE A good episode of Friday night Smackdown that did a good job on furthering the storylines from the blue brand side of things for Wrestlemania.  Look, I've expressed my displeasure for Smackdown whether it's a series of lame jokes of mine or just stating the reason why for months.  However, I feel like Smackdown has improved with baby steps as of late. Maybe that's due to Wrestlemania being right around the corner but whatever the creative team is doing, they should do it more.  Bayley And Sasha Address The SmackDown Women's Championship Match At Wrestlemania.  The SmackDown women's champion, Bayley and Sasha Banks talked about how their road to Wrestlemania is a nightmare as they're facing each other among other opponents they have to deal with.   Out came Lacey Evans then Naomi and they basically said that they'll become Smackdown women's champion.  Tamina showed up and she said that action speaks louder than words...

A surprisingly noteworthy episode of Smackdown and that is not the norm for the blue brand.  The question is, was it good? Nah. This is a show that only delivers 3 to 6 out of 10s and this week, it was a 6.  At least it wasn't a train wreck like Super showdown which you can click here to read my whole thoughts on the show.  Goldberg Starts Off Smackdown As The Universal Champion.  The intro for this week's show was sacrificed by a 54-year-old Goldberg who by the way, is one of WWE's top champions (I can't believe I actually said that in two thousand and twenty). Goldberg said that there's always who's next after he was booed outta the building.  That next is Roman Reigns who grabbed the mic and told Goldberg that he's next. With Fastlane 2019 over and done with ( click here to read my review for Fastlane 2019) and Wrestlemania 35 right around the corner, I wanna talk about my all-time favourite professional wrestling match and that is Shawn Michaels vs Ric Flair at Wrestlemania 24.  Before I get to talk about the match itself, I first have to talk about the build for this match. Let’s rewind the clock back to 2007. Ric Flair came back to RAW on November 26th from Smackdown! (remember when he was on Smackdown because I sure didn't) after a 3-month hiatus due to him entering into the political game in his home state of North Carolina, starting his own marketing company and pursued opportunities for investment.  In that segment, Ric Flair announced to the world that he will never retire because he loves this business so much. Royal Rumble 2019. Was it all that good? The answer is nope. Wasn't awful, it just made some booking mistakes or as I like it to call it, They've made some booking holes (this joke is as clever as WWE's booking these days). Without further ado, on with the review.   PRESHOW: Rusev vs Shinsuke Nakamura for the United States Championship.  The match itself was decent but Nakamura’s win made Rusev’s title reign a complete waste of air time at this point. Like why Rusev capture the US title only for a month later for Nakamura to get the championship right back? Makes no sense to me.  Speaking of a complete waste of time. The creative team decided to pair Scott Dawson and Rezar (because Akam got injured and recently had knee surgery) to face Bobby Roode and Chad Gable for the RAW tag team championship only for Dawson and Rezar to lose the match. Smackdown Live last night was okay that did a decent job to build of TLC. Why you ask? Well usually on my RAW and Smackdown reviews, I tell you what's good, what's okay and what's bad. Because the show was decent, I'm only gonna tell you what's good and what's okay. Without further ado, on with the review.  WHAT'S GOOD Daniel Bryan So Far As A Heel  I know this heel character by Daniel Bryan has been around for a couple of weeks now and I wasn't really a fan of the heel turn initially but with that being said, I love this new, dangerous, psychotic heel Daniel Bryan and I could argue that he's more psychotic than Dean Ambrose. Hello, my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to the 5 news week. The post where I report 5 major or minor news of the week that I don't have time to do it separately. Without further ado, here are the 5 news week.  Cody And The Young Bucks Behind A Wrestling Promotion!? Now, reports were going around the interwebs that Chris Jericho and Jim Ross were working on a new promotion backed up by the billionaire co-owner of Jacksonville Jaguars Tony Khan. Since those reports came out, both men denied it. However, the story isn't done yet because according to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet , Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks are the masterminds behind the company.  WrestlingNews.co reported a story on multiple trademarks filed by a wrestling company called All Elite Wrestling, LLC such as AEW, AEW Double Or Nothing, AEW All Out, Tuesday Night Dynamite, ALL OUT, Double Or Nothing and All Elite Wrestling.  Wrestletalk reported that at least ...

This show had three weeks of build instead of the usual four considering that Crown Jewel happened this month ( click here to check out my review for that ) but will the show be any good? Will have to wait until tomorrow but first, here are my coherent and honest predictions for Survivor Series 2018.    (Kick-Off Show) Tag team Survivor Series Match Honestly, I don't care if either RAW or Smackdown Live wins this match but if I had to pick I'll go with....... WINNER: Smackdown Live Team (MAIN SHOW) Buddy Murphy (c) vs Mustafa Ali for the Cruiserweight Championship  Even though I admittedly don't watch 205 Live all that much, I do think based on watching some of their matches that they are a great talent so there's no reason why they can't give us a classic.  However, Buddy Murphy just won the championship at Super Showdown a month ago and having Mustafa Ali win the title this Sunday just doesn't feel like that it's the best time for a title...
