AEW had a big mission to accomplish ever since their announcement as a wrestling entity and that is to deliver an enjoyable and memorable PPV titled " Double Or Nothing ." That mission was successful both critically and financially.  And yet, due to the unique times, we're living in, Double Or Nothing managed to score a second W in the show's history. This was an entertaining 3 and a half hours of professional wrestling. Hopefully, I can be consistent with this series because I am back to recap NXT and AEW Dynamite in the coherent wrestling Wednesdays.  AEW's go-home show for Double Or Nothing was kinda mediocre while NXT was a decent show that had a few issues.  If you were curious on my predictions regarding Double Or Nothing this coming Saturday then click here to check it out and scroll down. I've missed over two weeks worth of " The Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays " and to quote Steve Irkel (paraphrasing of course), why did it do that?  Well, last week, I overslept and didn't feel like reviewing both NXT and AEW Dynamite. This week was the same but without the oversleeping part (laziness is the word you're looking for, Omar).  I'm not going to recap everything that happened in all two episodes of NXT and AEW Dynamite but rather mention some of the highlights and connect the dots with those episodes if that makes sense?  Before I start this, I wanna send my dearest thoughts and condolences to Shad Gaspard's family and friends.  Gaspard’s work in WWE with JTG as the duo Cryme Tyme and even his creative endeavours like the novel he wrote will live on forever. There's an old saying of "one look is worth a thousand words". Well, this PPV held in Baltimore, Maryland is a great example of that proverb.  AEW once again has planned and executed a great show and that's all thanks to everybody that worked this PPV.  If this is your first time reading this then you'll definitely not know that I don't talk about the pre-show match not because I purposely avoid them but rather I always miss them for some reason and this show was no except.  The Young Bucks vs Santana And Ortiz.  The team from NYC locked in a double team submission (yea, you read that right) that included a camel clutch and a Boston crab. I was supposed to post this review two hours after the show aired but my internet connection went down for several hours and I got extremely frustrated and if you’re addicted to the interwebs, that is probably the scariest thing ever other than your worst fear of course. Anyways, I, unfortunately, haven't watched the two pre-show matches because I was out working. So, the million dollar question, was AEW's Double Or Nothing a great show? I'm happy to announce that it was an outstanding PPV overall. One of the problems I had with ALL IN is the match card placements and they fixed it in this PPV.  Oh, and I'm warning you guys that this PPV review is longer than my Wrestlemania 35 review (which you can click here ) just because a lot of things happened on this show.
