The surprising part was that it involved a pre-show host by the name of Pat McAfee AND the fact that it wasn't rehearsed. At least, that's what it is reported. Earlier in the week, Wrestling Observer Radio and Dave Meltzer (from Cagesideseats ) said that the reason why the bout wasn't rehearsed is that quote: "Just went in there and did it because they knew Pat was good and they know Adam is great."
