Gotta be honest, this NXT TV episode before NXT Takeover: New York was not great but also not terrible either. I couldn't find anything positive besides one match and couldn't find the negatives. However, it was a decent effort from the NXT creative team. The War Raiders vs Local Jobbers. The show started off with a match which I appreciate NXT for changing how they open their shows like that. The War Raiders won the match with a pump up slam. After the match, The War Raiders was in a fighting mood so they call out any other team in NXT and here came Cezar Bononi and Adrian Jaoude. The War Raiders won that match with a double team leg drop to Bononi. After that, Candice LeRae was interviewed outside of the full sail arena until Aliyah and Vanessa Bourne told Candice LeRae that she's not NXT Women's championship worthy.
