WWE RAW 7/9/20 | A Coherent Review.

Last week, I was looking forward to this week's edition of Monday Night RAW 9 because they were trying some different things.  The latest episode really disappointed me for one reason.  It just felt uneventful.  Overall, not the best effort for the red brand.  Because of how skippable this program was, I am not going to talk about everything that happened but rather mention two interesting aspects.  pictures via WWE.com Cedric Alexander Is Part Of The Hurt Business.  Yes, you read that right. Cedric Alexander basically turned heel by aligning himself with the Hurt Business.  Despite being in the opposite team with Ricochet and Apollo Crews, he helped the trio of Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin and MVP to win a tag team match.  Alexander explained his actions later in the night saying that he shouldn't sacrifice his body for Apollo Crews.  This is by far, the most interesting thing coming ...

WWE RAW 30/9/19 | My Coherent Review.

The "season premiere" of Monday Night RAW was great at some moments but dull at few moments. It wasn't terrible thankfully, however, I wished that it would've had a strong season premiere.  The new commentary team was okay. Vic Joseph was very good, I couldn't hear Dio Maddin throughout most of the show and Jerry Lawler was surprisingly fine in this even though I'm not a fan of babyface King Jerry Lawler. Also, we got new music for the WWE forever intro which I like better than the previous one.  Rey Mysterio Opens The Season Premiere Of Monday Night RAW.  Rey Mysterio came out and give a shout out to Phoenix, AZ (you know, a state that is so dry it's like you forgot to put lotion after you showered) and his son Dominic. Out came Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman and Brock had a thought. That thought is to deliver Rey the F5 two conservative times and decided to beat up Rey's son for reasons I wish I knew which led to a third F5 from th...

WWE RAW 9/9/19 | My Coherent Review.

You could say that this episode was a glorified house show considering that it's a wrestling heavy show but I. Don't. Care. This episode other than the opening segment, was awesome and it did a great job on building for Clash Of Champions. Will see how SmackDown Live does that tomorrow but for now, here's my review.  Seth Rollins vs Braun Strowman For The Universal Championship Contract Signing Featuring the Texas Rattlesnake.  Stone Cold came out having fun, talking about the first time he's been in the garden which was his match with Bret Hart at Survivor Series which was a match not everyone talks about because it's really good and his match for the WWE title against the Undertaker 21 years ago.  Stone Cold then calls out Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins for making this universal championship match official which Steve rejected a handshake from the monster among men and later shook both men's hand (huh?).  Just like last week's contract ...

WWE RAW 2/9/19 | My Coherent Review.

The second week in a row where RAW is a good show overall and here's why.  Seth Rollins vs Braun Strowman For The Universal Championship Contract Signing.  Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman came out to the ring at different times to make one of their championships matches official and they brought up reasons as to why they're going to win the championship of the universe you know like most contract signings.  Out came The O.C and AJ Styles became a typical wrestling fan for a moment by cutting a promo about how Rollins and Strowman didn't deserve their title opportunities. The O.C ignored Micheal Cole's saying of Rollins and Strowman having a contract signing and they had a brawl which led to a tag team match.  For an opening segment, this was weeeeeeeeeeak. I mean NXT's openings is not revolutionary but at least it's decent. That didn't do its job to build off this match not gonna lie.  The O.C vs Seth Rollins And Braun Strowman.  Afte...

WWE RAW 6/5/19 | My Coherent Review.

This is where I feel about how RAW is a hit or miss for me. Last week was a weak hit but a hit nevertheless but this week. This week was a definite miss. In other words, this was a bad show and also a skippable show too.  Opening segment.  The show kicked off with the madmen himself, Vince McMahon. He came out to say this RAW episode will be one for the ages because of him until Roman Reigns showed up with Michael Cole saying “here comes the big dog”.  Roman, please stay on SmackDown Live, please? Vince asked him that why Roman is over sudden on RAW? Roman brought up how the McMahon Family told the fans that the fans are now the authority and he's gonna listen to the WWE universe now.  The returning Daniel Bryan showed and the former planet's champion said that he's owed a rematch for the WWE championship with chants of “Kofi, Kofi, Kofi” which made me laugh. Out came Kofi Kingston (what the hell is going on?). Kofi and Daniel were arguing with each ...
