Where do I begin with this? For those who don’t know, John Oliver (yes, THE John Oliver) talked about WWE, the wrestler’s working conditions, the whole “independent contractors” thing and Vince McMahon himself in the latest episode of Last Week Tonight. John also acknowledged how the fans are aware of what’s going on and have been vocal about how WWE approaches storytelling over the years. In other words, John Oliver made WWE look like crap going into Wrestlemania 35. Look, I’m a fan of Last Week Tonight and I watch that show every single week. This episode like every other episode was well informed, well researched and I have to put up with John Oliver’s “sense of humour”.
