Hello, my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to the 5 news week. The post where I report 5 .major or minor news of the week that I don't have time to do it separately. Without further ado, here are the 5 news week. Why Is The "Brand To Brand Invitation" A Thing Now?  The first 3 out of the 5 News stories are all related to Smackdown in some way shape or form so here we go.  This past week's episode of Monday Night RAW saw the return of the wildcard rule *c oughed once * I mean the debut of the brand to brand invitation in which any superstars can appear on the opposite show.  During yesterday's episode of Smackdown, Micheal Cole had more to say regarding the brand to brand Invitational in that superstars are allowed to make their presence in a different WWE brand only 4 times a year.  The real question is, why is this all happening? A very good effort from the blue brand and a definite improvement compared to last week's episode of Friday Night Smackdown.  Side note, WWE has mentioned in this show that both the men’s and women’s Money In The Bank ladder match will happen at the same time. This could either be the best or the worst match of the year but it should be interesting.  Daniel Bryan vs King Corbin.  Before the match, Bryan in the opening promo of the evening, talked about his excitement in the most unique Money In The Bank match in history given that he's up for new challenges.  He wants to surprise the world once more by grabbing the Money In The Bank contract for the second time. Corbin showed up to basically repeat what Bryan said but instead, it's the King who will win the ladder match.  Bryan brought up Corbin's failed " heist of a century " in 2017 which was a rare use of continuity and that's how the scene ended.  The match itself was actually go...
