WWE NXT 29/5/19 | My Coherent Review.

This episode was aight but it's usually like that when a Takeover is less than a few days away.  Mia Yim vs Bianca Belair.  A rematch from 3 weeks ago which was a decent match. Was that better? Not really. At one point during the match, Mia Yim delivered a code Yim which is a snap sunset flip. The match ends with Mia hit a protect ya neck to Belair and she got a huge victory over the EST of NXT.  I don't know where Bianca Belair goes from here but I hope NXT build Belair with some momentum.  After a pretty good video package about the match between Tyler Breeze and Velveteen Dream (get it? pretty? Prince Pretty?), Shayna and the gang were interviewed and Baszler basically said that unlike Io Shirai, she's got friends.  Kushida vs Drew Gulak.  A very technical wrestling match. So many types of submissions being applied by both men but the match ended with a pinfall victory from Kushida with a roll-up with his legs.  I'm a big mark when it comes

WWE Smackdown Live 28/5/19 | My Coherent Review.

This was a decent episode of Smackdown Live. Liked how they changed the way they approached storyline in this show.  Kevin Owens vs Kofi Kingston.  The show kicked off with a match which I appreciate WWE main roster TV for changing their formula every once in a while.  However, before that, he cut a promo about how the opening segment was supposed to be a KO show, how he hasn't beaten up Big E which is interesting, how he's gonna beat up Kofi (which Tom Phillips couldn't wait for the promo to end) and out came Kofi.  Kofi Kingston basically said that Kevin will play for his actions. The match itself was pretty solid. Kofi Kingston obviously won the match with the trouble in paradise.  Meanwhile, Truth and Carmella were looking for ways to run from the rest of the WWE superstars.  The Planet's Champions In Ring Interview With Kayla Braxton.  Daniel Bryan and Rowan made a "knock, knock. Who's there?" joke but about the SmackDown Live tag

WWE RAW 27/5/19 | My Coherent Review.

This was a bad show and I don't know I'm alone in this or not but after watching this, it seems that you haven't missed anything big.  Is This What You Call An Opening Segment?  After a touching video package about Memorial day, the WWE champion in Kofi Kingston showed up to the ring (which is not becoming a rare thing when it comes to opening segments on RAW). Kofi said that he's still standing after a beating he took from Ziggler last week but that's not why he came to RAW.  He's here to call out the Beast but instead, out came the Beast Slayer. Seth basically said that he's not gonna wait for that decision and he calls out Brock. Brock Lesnar came out with a piece of awful different theme music and bows his head to Kofi's and Seth's theme song that was played simultaneously. Seth Rollins lost his patience and decided to walk out of the ring. Paul Heyman cut a promo basically saying that Seth Rollins ruined Brock's party (yea, on

AEW Double Or Nothing | My Coherent Review.

I was supposed to post this review two hours after the show aired but my internet connection went down for several hours and I got extremely frustrated and if you’re addicted to the interwebs, that is probably the scariest thing ever other than your worst fear of course. Anyways, I, unfortunately, haven't watched the two pre-show matches because I was out working. So, the million dollar question, was AEW's Double Or Nothing a great show? I'm happy to announce that it was an outstanding PPV overall. One of the problems I had with ALL IN is the match card placements and they fixed it in this PPV.  Oh, and I'm warning you guys that this PPV review is longer than my Wrestlemania 35 review (which you can click here ) just because a lot of things happened on this show. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find pictures for each match so y’all are only going to see the writing.  Double Or Nothing started off with the Hamilton stars sang the American National anthem (omg, can Ja

WWE NXT 22/5/19 | My Coherent Review.

This was a great episode of NXT and it did a great job on enhancing an already hyped show into must see.  The show started off with William Regal announcing that at NXT Takeover: XXV, new NXT tag team champions will be crowned. The Street Profits vs The Forgotten Sons vs The Undisputed Era in Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish, Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch for the NXT Tag Team Championship in a ladder match. Sweet dreams on an ice cream sandwich, I'm looking forward to this match. Match of the year contender right there (I'm obviously joking but it is possible though).  The Undisputed Era Are On Full Swing Once Again.  The Undisputed Era came out and Adam Cole said that the rumours are not true and The Undisputed Era are stronger as a unit than ever before. Cole also said that The Undisputed Era will have gold on their waists after takeover and then Out came Johnny Gargano. Gargano said that Adam Cole can't beat him one on one without his buddies to which Cole replie

WWE Smackdown Live 21/5/19 | My Coherent Review.

This episode of Smackdown Live was okay. Much better paced show than RAW because Smackdown doesn't have a third hour.  The showed started off with a backstage segment. What year is this? 2019 or 2002? Anyways, in it, Shane was in his office until Elias showed up and he mentioned that he will be in McMahon’s corner at Super showdown. Shane replied by also saying that he will be in Elias’ corner for his match with Roman Reigns on this very episode.  New Day Introduces Their Best friend Back.  You know who they brought up? A light-skinned version of Big E (I'm not kidding, they actually brought that guy up by accident of course). No, they introduced Big E back after weeks and weeks of sitting at home recovering.  Big E then sniffed Xavier hair and Kofi’s armpits and they were entertaining as usual in those types of segments like how Kofi joked about not taking himself seriously as champion. Out came Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn and Zayn basically said that he d

T his episode was a snooze fest. If you want something that will make you sleep then forget about the sleeping pills, this episode will get the job done my guy.  Brock Lesnar aka “Mr Beast In The Bank” shows up.  You guessed it, the show kicked off with the Money In The Bank ladder match winner himself, Brock Lesnar along with his advocate Paul Heyman and Brock is carrying the briefcase like that 80s music box which made me laugh I'm not gonna lie.  Paul Heyman addressed the Sami Zayn attack at Money In The Bank yesterday and also talked about how Seth Rollins and Kofi Kingston should be scared. Out came Seth Rollins and he basically said that he's trying to be a champion that can inspire people and told the beast to cash in his contract “RIGHT NOW!”.  Paul Heyman then said that Seth should be used to waiting for things like how he's used to waiting 7 hours for his girlfriend to main event the show (savage). Obviously, that made Seth pissed and demanded Les
