Hello, my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to the 5 News Week where I usually report on the 5 major or minor news of the week but I'm not doing that here if you can't tell from the graphic I made (you're welcome, by the way).  But Rather, all throughout December, I'm going to look back at some of the news that came out in 2019. Without further ado, here are the 5 News Week Look Back.  Bianca Belair And Sam Roberts' "Beef" With Each Other.  We are kicking this off with an opinion that made a lot of people angry. I talked about this in my first 5 News Week of 2019 and basically what happened was, Sirius XM radio show host Sam Roberts was on the NXT Takeover: Phoenix pre-show panel and he had an unpopular opinion about Bianca Belair.  Belair responded Sam Roberts' comments by telling the guy to "kiss her a**" to which Roberts had a friendly back and forth with Mark Henry on Busted Open Radio about the EST of NXT.  So, the question...

I thought the middle act of AEW Dynamite suffered some pacing issues even though it was overall a much stronger show than last week's episode.  The latest episode of NXT, however, has built a solid foundation on what's to come on December 18th. The main question is, which show do I like better? The answer is AEW.  NXT  Highlights. Angel Garza vs Lio Rush For The NXT Cruiserweight Championship.  Was this match better than their first encounter? Like Snoop Dogg's verse in Sasha Banks' theme song, "Hell yea". Garza slams Rush hard on the ring apron by pushing the champ. Moments later, Garza delivers the Spanish Fly and Rush kicked out of that.  As Rush hits the frog splash, the champ wanted to pull him back in the middle of the ring but instead, he ripped off Garza's pants (nice attention to detail).  Angel then hits the wind clipper but Lio kicked out which led to a wind clipper submission and the man of the hour tapped out which m...

This week's episode of Monday Night RAW was pretty decent. That third hour's pacing was way off. The first two hours of this show were actually pretty good.  Rusev And Lana Divorce Contract Signing.  What better way to start off a professional wrestling show then to open it with a divorce segment. Both Lana and Rusev showed up to not only air their problems but as well as to sign the divorce papers which Rusev was so enthusiastic about but he wanted one thing first and that's a match with to quote Rusev, "your hawt hawt husband" Bobby Lashley.  Speaking of the hawt husband, out came Lashley and he wants to marry Lana. Rusev replied by saying that he doesn't care and after Rusev signed the paper, Lashley pushed Rusev's head on the table to which Rusev put Bobby through a table with a belly to belly.  The crowd and Rusev's performance was by far the best part about this segment even though this entire saga was horrible.  Kevin Owen...

The post where I report 5 major or minor news of the week that I don't have time to do it separately.  By the way guys, this is the last 5 News Week of the year but don't worry, I'm going to post a 5 News Week round-up where I look back at some of the news in the world of professional wrestling throughout out December.  Without further ado, here are the last  5 news week of 2019. WWE's New Deal With Rusev Is Reportedly A Top Priority.  The former two time United States champion is currently in a storyline that I'm sure everybody loves (sarcasm of course) and the powers that be are keeping him due to Rusev being a top priority.  From Sportskeeda and Tom Colohue , their (Sportskeeda) sources in WWE say that Rusev's body of work and his charisma is what makes the Bulgarian Brute popular with WWE management. This like Monday Night RAW earlier this week was a filler episode but unlike Smackdown, I actually enjoyed RAW. My overall thoughts, a bad 2 hours of professional wrestling television.  Miz TV.  Special Guest, Originally Daniel Bryan.  I say originally because Daniel Bryan was taken under the ring by the Fiend last week and The Miz says that he cares about Daniel Bryan.  Bray Wyatt showed up via a firefly funhouse segment and the whole theme of the funhouse is family. Wyatt then proceeds to show Miz's picture of his family and escapes the ring.  While the segment was fine, it is the most interesting story being told in this episode. Also, The Miz is facing Bray Wyatt but not The Fiend and rather the firefly funhouse Bray Wyatt at TLC so that should be interesting.  Mandy Rose vs Alexa Bliss.  Rose puts Bliss down and she rips Bliss's eyes lashes off. Alexa countered that with a twisted Bliss moments later and won the match. Meh...

Am I the only one that likes this episode of RAW? Yes, it was filler but it was a good filler. What a way to return from a few days of not reviewing a wrestling show then to review a filler episode that I actually like.  Seth Rollins Says That He's Sorry. Why did the beast slayer say sorry? Well, if you haven't watched last week's show then basically, he trash-talked the RAW roster and he did it out of love for his colleagues and Rollins has apologized especially to Owens after Seth's attack on Owens last week on RAW.  Out came Kevin Owens and he mentioned the beating he took last week from AOP and Owens does think that Seth and the big guys are working together.  The Authors Of Pain showed up and they wanted to challenge the two people standing in the ring and Rollins was all for it, however, Kevin says otherwise and he predicts that once the match was over, Seth will turn on him so Owens wanted to get this match over with.  Rollins wanted...
