THE Coherent AEW Take: YOU KNOW IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BOOM!

I was about to talk about this week's AEW line of shows, were as mid as any Flo Rida song but then…………..YOU KNOW IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BOOM!

The Elite brand's flagship show literally made the save like the "babyface shows up to rescue their partner from a brawl" cliche.

Rampage.

Highlights.

Well, there is none as this week's show was pretty darn skippable. It was "multi-person matches with babyfaces making the save post-match".

Some Other Things That Happened.

Dan Lambert continues to be as annoying as an anti-smark on Reddit - This is the only time where I'm cheering for the white saviour, Cody Rhodes. Oh, and Sammy Guevara made the save for Rhodes against Lambert and his lackeys.

The Elite guys lost to Orange Cassidy, Best Friends And Rocky Romero - That brainbuster into a double superkick from Cole and the Young Bucks was cool.

Tay Conti defeated Penelope Ford - Could've lasted a tiny bit longer but it was a decent encounter.

The Acclaimed, Daniel Garcia and 2 Point O got the win over The Lucha Brothers, Eddie Kingston, Santana And Ortiz - The Jurassic Express came to the aid of the good guys after they took a bit of a beating from the heel team. Cool.

Dynamite.

Highlights.

The Undisputed Era Is ALL ELITE.

The people over at Titan Towers are some of the dumbest people on the face of this planet.

How can you let go of the OG Undisputed Era trio? You could've had them face The Mysterios for the millionth time on Smackdown.

All lame banter aside, this is legit a great way to end 2021 specifically in professional wrestling. Kyle O'Reilly is a great get for AEW as he can fulfil any role they present him. This year especially proved that statement to be true.

Oh, and Von Wagner needs a hug or something because this is sad to watch from his perspective *cue Akon's lonely*.

Hangman Page vs Bryan Danielson 2 announcement.

I mean, what can I say about this other than I can't wait for January 5th.

Some Other Things That Happened.

Another Wardlow squash match - THIS IS SQUASHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Dan Lambert Quotes Shakespeare - Aka the least whitest thing he's ever said on AEW.

Nyla Rose lost to Ruby Soho in the AEW TBS championship tournament semifinals - That crowd sign from that wrestling fan is an example of why I hate this f**king fanbase. You guys need more than just deodorants and some sense of fashion.

Malaki Black defeated Griff Garrison - Black did some striking man from Amsterdam sh*t.

CM Punk, Sting And Darby Allin defeated The Pinnacle - CM Punk painted his face like he's coming out to "THE MAN CALLED STAANNNNNG! THE MAN CALLED STING!"

WWE Wrestlemania 26 | A Coherent Review.

I've teased a mystery review on my Facebook page (which you can click here to follow us) and that mystery has now been unveiled. It's Wrestlemania 26. This review was delayed and was supposed to be up last Monday but at least is now up. Also, The first draft of this review was 7 pages long so strap in. By far, the longest review on this very website.  I thought it would be fitting to review a Wrestlemania from a decade back and how do I feel about it? It was a show that if you watched it, you're most likely going to have a good time. It was a mix of great things but terrible things at the same time as most shows.  The 26th edition of Wrestlemania took place in the University of Phoenix Stadium in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona on March 28th, 2010.  The commentators were Micheal Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker. Honestly, Striker was pretty good and a far better colour commentator than Lawler was on this show (even today, Lawler is still bleh on commen...

My Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays: Three Big Returns, A Great Inaugural Women's Championship Match.

If you have been a fan of this site since January, then you'll know that I've completely rebooted my review process and now, I'm doing that again.  Don't worry, the format for my RAW, Smackdown and PPV reviews will still be the same but not on Wednesdays. So, here it is, My Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays.  NXT The Highlights. Adam Cole vs Matt Riddle For The NXT Championship.  A match that opened this episode of the yellow brand, the original bro and the leader of The Undisputed Era tore the house down.  Whether it's Cole reversing the fireman's carry from Riddle into a backstabber, Cole hitting a Panama sunrise twice, a floating bro or the crowd chanting "Adam Cole, bro", it was a visual statement by NXT that the yellow brand is THE brand to watch.  Unfortunately,  Riddle felt short and ate the last shot but there was another highlight I wanna talk about….. Finn Balor Returns To N. X. T.  It's not a typo my friends, Finn ...
