Peanut Butter Falcon Movie Review.

Ludacris once said, "I got movies. I got movies. In different cabinets." (if that isn't the most outdated thing I've said. I believe there's a word for it). He didn't actually say that but what I was trying to convey with my awful joke is that I love movies. So much so that I reviewed Fighting With My Family earlier this year.

I don't review a lot of movies, considering that I'm sticking to my niche that is pro wrestling but when a movie does have wrestling in them, I might give my thoughts on it.

Anywho, the film tells a story about a young person with down syndrome named Zak (played by Zack Gottsagen) and had aspirations of becoming a pro wrestler after watching very old videos of a wrestler he looks up to known as The SaltWater Redneck (played by Thomas Haden Church).

He lived in a nursing home being taken care of by Eleanor (played by Dakota Johnson) and eventually escaped that place in order for Zak to stop by at SaltWater Redneck's wrestling school. Along the way, Zak meets Tyler who's a fisherman with an aim to go to Florida and they had a journey together that embodies friendship and life goals.

This movie after viewing it twice via Google Play movies, is my favourite film of the year. Shia Lebeouf aka the guy that is the walking symbol of the phrase "I don't know karate but I do know crazy", gave a stellar performance unsurprisingly thanks to the character he was given to portray by the two directors and writers in Tyler Nilson and Michael Schwartz.

Zack Gottsagen also needs my big props because he made me root for Zak and his drive to become what he dreamt of being. Dakota Johnson played a motherly role in Zak's life and she was so good in that role that it actually convince me "that's my pick for Susan Storm" but that's a different discussion. There were two notable names in the professional wrestling world that I wouldn't spoil given that it was a special moment for a fan of the medium like myself.

Overall, this is a delightful movie that I can definitely recommend seeing it on digital platforms like Google Play, Apple TV etc. Let me know your thoughts on peanut butter falcon.

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

WWE RAW 5/10/20 | A Coherent Review.

I have not said this in a RAW review in a very long time but the show as a whole was straight up dogsh*t awful.  It's so bad that I didn't like one ounce about this program.  pictures via wwe.com Randy Orton Remembers His Match At Clash Of Champions.  The show started off with Randy Orton recalling certain aspects about the WWE championship match at Clash Of Champions.  Orton goes on to say that Drew doesn't deserve the championship because the legends interfered in the ambulance match.  The promo ended with Orton bringing up the fact that he beat up four legends last week on RAW (again, explain the physics behind this?).  Drew showed up and he laid waste on the guy.  Randy has been quite exceptional in the dialogue department but this ain't it.  The promo actually put me to sleep and the show didn't even hit 10 minutes up until that point.  If they suddenly end the rivalry like nothing happened, while it doesn't make sense, I'm all for it be...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
