WWE Smackdown Live 24/9/19 | My Coherent Review.

Image result for roman reigns vs buddy murphy
This show other than the opening segment and match, was just not interesting and I'm hoping that it's just a filler week for them so that they hammer back their creative strengths next Friday or Saturday morning where I live.

Erick Rowan Claims That "Might Is Right".

Rowan lashes out at the WWE Universe for seeing him as less than human and claims that the whole SmackDown locker room is afraid of him.
Erick Rowan showed up with a killswitch engage shirt which I've not noticed it till I watched the YouTube version of this segment and he conveys to the fans that might is right (not gonna lie, that was a good line). Daniel Bryan came out and didn't buy that BS so he challenged him to a very competitive match with many near falls from the big man.

Luke Harper emerges at the end and due to his distractions, Erick Rowan delivered the iron claw which was botched but he got it with a second Iron Claw and won the match.

Roman Reigns makes the save to end a 2 on 1 beating. This is where my fickle wrestling fan side comes in (no pun intended), the mystery side of that story sucked but the aftermath of it I feel is the exact opposite. I'm actually buying in this version of Erick Rowan bit by bit.

Micheal Cole had his second sit down interview this week and this time it was with the WWE champion in Kofi Kingston about why he accepted that challenge? Kofi's reason? Well, simply put, he wants to prove to everybody that he's a fighting champion. Solid stuff.

Chad Gable vs Mike Kanellis.

WWE Photo
Chad was cutting a promo about what happened in his match with Baron Corbin and Mike Kanellis after showing up, made a comment about how size does matter and as a black man, I know a thing or two about size so he's right I guess?

However, his size didn't lead to a win but rather tapping out to the ankle lock in a losing effort.

Elias shows up via titantron and he calls Chad Gable a very tall dude (if you bought that then you clearly haven't watched WWE for quite some time).

Charlotte Flair And Carmella vs Bayley and Sasha Banks.

WWE Photo
The match ended with a bank statement from Sasha Banks and Truth carried Carmella and ran away. Meanwhile, Becky Lynch came out and throws Banks and Bayley with T Bone suplexes. This was fine.

Ali vs Shinsuke Nakamura.

WWE Photo
At one point, Ali landed pretty hard with that suicide dive on the outside hence why it's called a suicide dive.

Ali was moments away from pinning the intercontinental champion but thanks to a great Mario impersonator in Sami Zayn, Nakamura kicked Ali's head off with the Kinshasa and won his match. Will have to wait and see who's Shinsuke Nakamura's next challenger.

The New Day in Xavier Woods and Big E vs The B Team.

WWE Photo
You know how this match plays out if you've been watching the product for quite some time but if you haven't, thank you for reading. The New Day won their match with the midnight hour.

Fire And Desire vs The Kabuki Warriors.

Before this match happened, Mandy Rose gave her issue of Maxim magazine to everybody including Otis. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville lost their desire to continue this match because Mandy ate an insane elbow drop from the pirate princess.

Will Shane McMahon And Kevin Owens Settle The Lawsuit?

Shane McMahon calls KO’s lawsuit “frivolous.”
Shane McMahon called out Kevin to settle this lawsuit (obviously Omar, what else are they settling with?). McMahon gave the guy two options. Option Uno, with Shane's resources he could keep Owens in this lawsuit in court for years to come if Owens wished to continue this lawsuit.

Option Dos, if the prizefighter ends this lawsuit then Shane hires him back and removes the $100,000 fine. Kevin looks at those options with laughter and says to him that McMahon doesn't get it. The reason why he sued Shane is because he wanted to gain leverage over him.

In other words, he proposed a ladder match with a contract above at Hell In A Cell that includes a stipulation in which if Shane McMahon wins then Owens will be gone but if Owens wins then you guessed it, Shane's outta here and Shane accepted it.

Afterwards, Becky was interviewed about the Hell In A Cell and she ate a beating from Sasha Banks which was very rushed but it was aight.

Considering that Shane lost to Owens at SummerSlam a month ago, it is not the best decision to accept a match like this but WWE might lead this storyline into an unpredictable direction. For now, I'm not interested in this story at all whatsoever.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos.

Like: opening segment and match, Kofi Kingston interview.

Didn't like: the show got uninteresting after Kingston's interview.

This is the end of Tuesday Night Smackdown Live and it has been a rocky ride but like that cheese pizza saying, one chapter closes, another chapter opens so yeah.

WWE RAW 10/8/20 | A Coherent Review.

This episode when it's good, it is REALLY good but when it's awful, it is REALLY awful. A mixed bag of a show, to be honest. pictures via WWE.com Two Contract Signings? For the first time at least in my lifetime, there are two contract signing for the same one match. Anywho, it's for the Seth Rollins and Dominik Mysterio match and Samoa Joe is the moderator which by the way, he's the best one yet. Based on Seth's promo telling Mysterio's Hijo that he can use a kendo stick or anything in the toolbox, it sounds like it's a no DQ match. The best part about this engaging segment by far is Joe's promo about how Seth Rollins was a different man ever since the fans booed him. Dominik's line quote, "Seth Rollins' actions change the lives of good men for the worst" pretty much describes Seth's heel run so far and I love it. That led to a match between Humberto Carrillo and Rollins. The match was quick af. Af...

WWE RAW 7/1/19 | My Coherent Review

My first RAW review of 2019 and surprisingly, this show was decent. Now, would RAW put on decent shows in the coming weeks or months? Probably not but I hope that's the case. Now, usually on my RAW and Smackdown Live reviews, I give my thoughts on what's good, what's ok and what bad ( click here if you curious as to how the format looks like). However, since this is the new year, I'm gonna get rid of that and instead just put my in-depth thoughts just like my PPV reviews. Without further ado, on with the review.  Opening Segment The show itself started off with a brawl between Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley that lasted for a very short period of time. After that’s done, the opening segment started with John Cena and cuts a promo on how he’s gonna earn his golden ticket to Wrestlemania by entering in this year’s Royal Rumble match.  Out came Drew McIntyre and he said that Cena’s accomplishments is what Drew cares about. He then went on how he’s b...

WWE Smackdown Live 11/9/18 | My Coherent Review.

Smackdown live was overall a good show. Why you ask? Well, I'm gonna tell you what's good, what's ok and what's bad. Here we go.  WHAT'S GOOD Jeff Hardy vs Shinsuke Nakamura The promo before this was okay however that was a goooood match. Better than their in counter at SummerSlam. Jeff was about to beat Nakamura, however, randy outta nowhere pushes hardy on the outside hence Nakamura retains the championship and Jeff wins via DQ. They had a brawl that was better than the brawl last night on RAW I'll tell you that much.  Samoa Joe telling a bedtime story in a good not boring way.   I thought from the editing to the design of the book to the way Samoa Joe express the story was fantastic. The thing I LOVE about this is that it's a outside in the box type of promo package that worked. Man, I can't wait for this match. On Sunday night when the PPV airs, I think I'm gonna call my local "WENDYYYS" (My goodness that was awfu...
