WWE RAW 23/9/19 | My Coherent Review.

I had little to no problems coming out of watching this episode. It was a very good show overall with a couple of things that I believe it wasn't offensive, to say the least.

Seth Rollins' Doesn't Fear The Fiend.

Universal Champion Seth Rollins kicks off Monday Night Raw!
The show before the season premiere next week started off with Seth Rollins after we've witnessed the altered version of the WWE forever intro.

Seth explained in his promo about how he saw the living embodiment of a nightmare and promised the world that he will survive the destructive structure in two weeks because that's what he's going to do.

Strowman promises that Rollins will Get These Hands tonight!
Braun Strowman came out to say that unlike Seth's opponent, the monster among men doesn't pretend to be Mr Rodgers playing around with puppets.

Seth didn't like the way Braun treated him in this segment so he challenges him to a match later that night. It didn't do anything for me in terms of excitement but it was okay for what it was.

The Viking Raiders vs The O.C.

WWE Photo
The O.C's theme song is something I gotta get use to because I'm not feeling it right now. That match should've happened next week given that it's a high key tag team match but this was a decent replacement I guess.

After the referee kicked AJ out of ringside due to him getting involved in this tag team match, Cedric Alexander beats him up from behind.  The Viking Raiders prevails once again with the Viking Experience.

Charly Caruso interviewed one of the competitors in the fatal five-way match Robert Roode and she asked why Roode will come on top in that match? He answered by saying that he pinned Seth Rollins to win the tag team titles and his W will be glorious.

Micheal Cole interviewed Becky Lynch in a sit-down interview and he asked questions regarding Sasha Banks and the Hell In A Cell match.

Becky Lynch said that Sasha always escapes but in order to escape the structure the boss has to go through her. This was a short but decent interview.

Rusev vs EC3.

WWE Photo
Such a shame for EC3. He could've been so much bigger than this. Rusev won the match with the accolade.

Nikki Cross vs Sasha Banks.

WWE Photo
This was a good match. Nikki almost busted her legs with that crossbody on the outside. Cross almost took out Banks with the swinging neckbreaker but Bayley distracted the ref which led to Bliss taking out Bayley by throwing her on the barricade.

Cross then delivered the crossbody but Banks reversed that into the bank statement and she won her match. I will say this, that match made Nikki look very good in this.

The O.C were stroking their egos in a backstage segment then The Street Profits had an interaction with The Miz which the A-lister announced that the season premiere of Monday Night RAW will feature a Miz TV and his guests are Hulk Hogan (which got a negative reaction from the crowd) and Ric Flair so that should be great right? Right? Right?

Lacey Evans vs Ember Moon.

WWE Photo
This match ended with the woman's right then a sharpshooter. Meh. Oh, and Natalya had an interview about what just happened in that match.

Something that's much more interesting than the Evans and Natalya feud is the firefly funhouse. In it, the rabbit and the pig were arguing for a Seth Rollins' action figure and he broke the toy in half so that the rabbit and the pig would share it because like Bray said, sharing is caring. As usual, this was good. Those segments always gets better and better.

WWE Photo
R Truth and Carmella ran to the ring while the rest of the roster surrounded the ring just standing. Carmella told R Truth that she's tired of running all the time and Truth felt bad for her but that was a swerve and she pinned him to become 24/7 champion.

The rest of the women's division chased Carmella with R Truth's help. The fact that the women's division got involved was actually funny.

Baron Corbin vs Chad Gable.

WWE Photo
Corbin got an altered version of his theme because he's a king obviously and my thoughts? It's fine. At one point, Corbin threw Gable on the crowd area onto a bunch of security guards.

The King then hits Chad Gable with a chokeslam because that's what you pull out when you're a big man. Gable delivered the german suplex followed by a moonsault but that wasn't enough to win this match.

WWE Photo
The match ended in a DQ due to Corbin using a stick to hit Gable in order to escape the ankle lock. A very good match. Can't wait for a rematch to happen possibly at Hell In A Cell.

Afterwards, An AOP promo was aired it was about how the tag team division is soft and they proved their point by leaving the room and beating up No Way Jose and Heath Slater.

This was actually good and the reason being is that it's a soft reboot that is needed for this team in AOP.

AJ Styles vs Ricochet vs Rey Mysterio vs Robert Roode vs Robert Roode. Winner Faces Seth Rollins For The Universal Championship Next Week.

WWE Photo
Mysterio and Ricochet kicked off this match with two suicide dives being delivered by both guys. AJ Styles and Robert Roode teamed up to beat up Ricochet which got TNA chants from the crowd but that lasted short with a Pele kick from Styles. Mysterio and Ricochet had a short interaction, shades of their time in Lucha Underground.

After Ricochet delivers the Recoil to Roode, Shinsuke immediately hits Ricochet with the Kinshasa and the king of strong style eliminated Ricochet.

WWE Photo
AJ Styles eliminated Nakamura with the phenomenal forearm then Robert Roode eliminated the phenomenal one with the glorious DDT.

WWE Photo

Mysterio then escapes the Glorious DDT and delivers the 619 to face Seth Rollins for the universal championship. A very fun match with a decision that I didn't expect so this should be a great one. Can't wait to watch this match next week and I'm sure you guys are too.

Seth Rollins vs Braun Strowman.

Rollins hits two frog splashes back to back but the big man wouldn't lose. The universal champion then delivers two suicide dives and Braun reversed the third one and turned it into a chokeslam on the ring apron.

Braun was about to hit the running powerslam, however, the lights went down and The Fiend choked out the monster among men with the mandible claw.

WWE Photo
That ending was chilling like last week's episode. It kinda looks like we're getting a triple threat match for the universal championship at Hell In A Cell or maybe, The Fiend makes his RAW debut match against Braun Strowman? We shall see how this plays out.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos.

Like: fatal five-way match, Nikki Cross vs Sasha Banks, firefly funhouse, Baron Corbin vs Chad Gable, the women's division chasing the 24/7 title.

Didn't like: Nothing.

The 5 News Week: What's With The Story Of WWE Will Possibly Put Their Content On A Different OTT?

Hello, my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to the 5 news week. The post where I report 5 major or minor news of the week that I don't have time to do it separately.  This past week was filled with news so  fasten your virtual seat belts because this is gonna be a long one. Without further ado, here are The 5 News Week.  What's With The Story That WWE Will Possibly Put Their Content On A Different OTT?  This confusion all started when some fans (including myself) saw the headline from a well-respected publication "WWE In Talks Talks to Sell PPV Rights to Another ‘Major’ Streaming Service." That publication is The Wrap and the article pretty much talked about what Vinne Mac said in the Q4 2019 earnings report about the possibility of putting their content to a major streaming service or enhance the prize point to a tiered payment but the deal to quote The Wrap " if made — would be announced by next month.". Did the old man say this? Let...

WWE RAW 10/8/20 | A Coherent Review.

This episode when it's good, it is REALLY good but when it's awful, it is REALLY awful. A mixed bag of a show, to be honest. pictures via WWE.com Two Contract Signings? For the first time at least in my lifetime, there are two contract signing for the same one match. Anywho, it's for the Seth Rollins and Dominik Mysterio match and Samoa Joe is the moderator which by the way, he's the best one yet. Based on Seth's promo telling Mysterio's Hijo that he can use a kendo stick or anything in the toolbox, it sounds like it's a no DQ match. The best part about this engaging segment by far is Joe's promo about how Seth Rollins was a different man ever since the fans booed him. Dominik's line quote, "Seth Rollins' actions change the lives of good men for the worst" pretty much describes Seth's heel run so far and I love it. That led to a match between Humberto Carrillo and Rollins. The match was quick af. Af...

WWE RAW 7/1/19 | My Coherent Review

My first RAW review of 2019 and surprisingly, this show was decent. Now, would RAW put on decent shows in the coming weeks or months? Probably not but I hope that's the case. Now, usually on my RAW and Smackdown Live reviews, I give my thoughts on what's good, what's ok and what bad ( click here if you curious as to how the format looks like). However, since this is the new year, I'm gonna get rid of that and instead just put my in-depth thoughts just like my PPV reviews. Without further ado, on with the review.  Opening Segment The show itself started off with a brawl between Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley that lasted for a very short period of time. After that’s done, the opening segment started with John Cena and cuts a promo on how he’s gonna earn his golden ticket to Wrestlemania by entering in this year’s Royal Rumble match.  Out came Drew McIntyre and he said that Cena’s accomplishments is what Drew cares about. He then went on how he’s b...
