WWE RAW 8/7/19 | My Coherent Review.

Image result for wrestler
Overall, I really thought that this episode of Monday Night RAW was decent, however, this is not a Vince McMahon approved RAW without a few if not some logic holes.

Seth Rollins And Becky Lynch vs Andrade and Zelina Vega.

WWE Photo
Damn, the second week in a row where Monday Night RAW started off with a match. Gotta say I'm impressed. This is an elimination mixed tag team match which I'll give some kudos to WWE for making this tag match feel different but we shall see how different it is from. Becky Lynch eliminated Zelina Vega which means that Becky is pretty much going to watch this match unfold if that makes any sense?

Andrade did the three amigos to Seth and Seth countered the third suplex with the falcon arrow. That was nice. Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch won the match with the stomp to Andrade.

WWE Photo

Surprisingly, this was a decent opening match. After the match, Baron Corbin sought attacked Seth Rollins while Lacey Evans hits Becky Lynch with the woman's right.

Paul Heyman Gives Us A Spoiler And Not A Prediction.

Paul Heyman reminds everyone that WWE Extreme Rules is this weekend…
Paul Heyman cut a promo about none other than Brock Lesnar and a reference to ECW because he mentioned that he knows a thing or two about the word "extreme" and the city of Philadelphia.

Heyman ended his speech by saying that Brock is gonna cash in his contract at Extreme Rules. Great promo from a great talker.

The Usos and The Miz vs The Revival and Elias. 2 out of 3 falls match.

WWE Photo
What's with WWE and 2 out of 3 falls? I mean it is a great stipulation but it wears off the excitement of that stipulation like any other stipulation matches they have in their arsenal.

Also, I really thought that this match was an elimination 2 out of 3 falls match and I blame WWE for making me look stupid thinking that was the actual stipulation because that's RAW in a nutshell.

WWE Photo

Nevertheless, this was a good match. The babyfaces team won the match with the splash Samoan style from Jey Uso and then, The Uso and Miz were dancing to Usos' theme which I don't blame them because that theme is great *sings the "down since day one-ish" part*

Drake Maverick was backstage talking to his wife and he told her that she's gonna get the honeymoon she deserves. After Maverick was excited that he's gonna have some, The rest of the roster saw him and Drake ran for his life. This was alright.

Rey Mysterio Issued An Open Challenge To Anybody In The Locker Room.

WWE Photo
Bobby Lashley answered the challenge and the match ended quickly with the almighty spear (I made that up, apologizes for that). After Bobby's win, he picked Mysterio up and threw him into a bunch of referees.

No Way Jose vs Cesaro.

Why are we getting a rematch? According to the commentary team, No Way Jose asked for it but No Way Jose lost the opportunity to win with a sharpshooter from Cesaro.

The Street Profits were recapping one of the matches this Sunday and that was a tag match between Roman Reigns and Undertaker vs Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre then, Mike Kanellis gave Maria Kanellis some flowers and she wanted ice cream and pickles.

Yes, you read it right. She wanted ICE CREAM AND PICKLES! That has to be a Vince McMahon written line. This is probably the worst storyline I've ever seen since that awful Rusev, Lana, Summer Rae and Dolph love story.

The Viking Raiders vs Local Jobbers.

WWE Photo
We went from a backstage segment where the rest of the RAW roster were chasing Drake Maverick while R Truth and Carmella went the wrong way to a quick squash match.

After The Viking Raiders won the match with the Viking Experience, the rest of the WWE roster came out and R Truth had a face to face confrontation with the Raiders. He made the smart move and ran along with Carmella. The 24/7 stuff on this week episode is disappointing. Feels like I'm watching the same segment in different settings you know what I mean?

Ricochet vs Luke Gallows.

WWE Photo
Luke Gallows beats up Ricochet until Ricochet won the match with the roll up. AJ Styles told Ricochet that if you wanna beat the club, he then has to face Karl Anderson. Since when AJ Styles is the unofficial RAW GM?

WWE PhotoI know I forgot to say that two weeks ago when Styles faced Ricochet in the main event of RAW two weeks ago but it needs to be said. Ricochet won the match with the 630 then he you guessed it, got his backside handed to him by a magic killer and a couple of right hands from all of those guys.
Ricochet got up and Styles hits Ricochet with the phenomenal forearm while Anderson and Gallows were holding Ricochet straight. Glad that even though Anderson and Gallows lost their respective matches, they somehow made those guys look dominant so that's a plus.

Bayley vs Sarah Logan. Beat The Clock Challenge.

WWE Photo
Almost an hour before this, Bayley and Nikki Cross had a sit-down interview but not face to face moderated by Micheal Cole and they were arguing back and forth about Alexa Bliss which I thought it was meh.

This match was also meh but Sarah Logan looked very impressive. Bayley won the match with a sunset bomb into the bottom turnbuckle which looked impressive.

Nikki Cross vs Dana Brooke.

WWE Photo

Nikki Cross won the match with the swinging neckbreaker and then, Nikki cut a promo saying that the women's championship between Bayley and Alexa Bliss is a 2 on 1 handicap match.

Nikki Cross told Bayley that Bayley needs a loyal friend like Alexa Bliss to which Bayley replied with a slap, a Bayley to belly and an elbow drop. Kinda makes sense that Cross is part of that match considering that in one of one matches, she pretty much got the best in Bayley. Also, I really wanna see more of Dana Brooke in WWE because she has improved immensely in the ring for the past few months.

Corey Graves interviewed Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins about how their personal relationship could affect the mixed tag team match? Becky Lynch decided to call Graves "emo" and basically said that ain't happening at Extreme Rules.

Speaking of that match, The Street Profits in an entertaining way, recaps the winners take all match.

Roman Reigns And The Partner Of Shane's Choosing vs Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre.

WWE Photo
Shane has chosen a janitor as Roman's partner by the name of Gary Garbutt and that dude was amazing in this match no joke. He did a suicide dive to Drew and a springboard crossbody to McMahon until Drew hits Garbutt with the claymore kick. In other words, the heel team won the match.

After that, Roman unmasked Gary Garbutt's mask and that person was revealed as Cedric Alexander. Crap, now I'm disappointed but he was great in that match.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: "Gary Garbutt's" performance, the ending, the 6 man elimination tag team match, Paul Heyman promo, The Street Profits recaps Extreme Rules.

Didn't like: I know I'm nitpicking but ICE CREAM AND PICKLES!!? since when Styles is the GM?

The 5 News Week: An Interview With ROH's Eli Isom, Fans Singing Petitions For Charlotte Flair Not Winning Titles Anymore!?

Hello, my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to the 5 news week. The post where I report 5 major or minor news of the week that I don't have time to do it separately. Without further ado, here are the 5 news week. An Interview With ROH's Eli Isom.  Yes. After several and several and several of The 5 News Week articles that I've been putting out since late 2018, I finally got an interview for you guys.  The person in question is Ring Of Honour's Eli Isom. Since graduating from the ROH Dojo, Isom has worked and learned from the absolute best in the industry:  "I’m lucky that I got a chance to train from scratch with ROH, without that kind of training who knows where I’d be right now." So, without further ado, here is the conversation I had with Eli.  Omar: My first question is, how would you describe the persona of "Eli Isom" to resident WWE shills like myself? Eli Isom: For me, my wrestling persona isn’t too far off from who I real...

WWE Smackdown 17/12/21 | A Coherent Review.

Another week, another meh episode of Smackdown although the ending was pretty eye-opening.  Images via WWE.com   The Viking Raiders vs Jinder Mahal And Shanky.  After a backstage segment that included The Usos roasting Xavier Woods' kingship, the blue brand really started the show with a match (not this one) which is a rare thing to see on main roster television. And the match wasn't bad at all.  The Viking Raider defeated the team of Jinder and Shanky with a splash from Ivor. Does everyone want a Happy Corbin segment? Well, no and Drew McIntyre agrees as he took out Corbin and Madcap Moss to retrieve his sword which sounds like a bad King Arthur comedy flick or something.  Naomi Wants A Match With Sonya Deville.  Naomi is upset at how Sonya Deville acted like a Susan over the past few months so the glow queen challenged the actual manager to a match at Day 1 and Sonya was like, "Ahhhh, no".  Naomi then had a match with Shayna Baszler and within minute...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
