WWE NXT 19/6/19 | My Coherent Review.

This episode was okay. Nothing really happened besides some announcements for next week's show and beyond.

The Rest Of Undisputed Era Celebrates Adam Cole's Big NXT Takeover Victory.

WWE Photo
Adam Cole now being the 16th NXT champion, said that he told us so and he has fulfilled his prophecy. Cole also said that he's going to remake the NXT universe into an Undisputed image.

Did he unveil that image to the world? Well, it's not an image really but rather he shows us the NXT opening intro featuring the Undisputed Era only which was badass I must say.

Adam Cole gave a warning to the North American champion and the NXT Tag Team Champions that they should shine those belts real nice. Speaking of The North American, out came the Velveteen Dream. The Dream said that the NXT Championship would look nice with his North American championship.

After Roderick Strong gave a lame response with "Dream on", Matt Riddle showed up and said that he's a stallion. Adam Cole countered that by saying that Riddle should go back to writing online reviews about the Attitude era. Was that a reference about his days at fightful?

Tyler Breeze came out and told The Undisputed Era that they're in a match against Breeze, Riddle and Dream. This was an okay segment. Probably the best part about this was the crowd chanting "you're gorgeous" and "OG" to Tyler Breeze.

Raul Mendoza vs The Debuting Damian Priest.

WWE Photo
Damian Priest aka Punishment Martinez looked great in this match. Priest won the match with a twisting cutter.

After the match, general manager William Regal made the announcement that a tournament is happening next week called "NXT Breakout" in which they selected 9 competitors and those people include Jordan Myles, BOA, Cameron Grimes aka Trevor Lee, Isiah "Swerve" Scott aka Shane Strickland, Dexter Lumis aka Sam Shaw, Bronson Reed aka Junah Rock, Angel Garza aka Humberto Garza and Joaquin Wilde aka DJZ .

I mean if I were one of those guys and I won the whole thing, I'll probably go for the NXT title but that's just me though. As far as this announcement goes, I love me some tournament. More tournament equals more wrestling and there's nothing wrong with that. Also, this is a great way of utilizing unused talent. Something that I wish the main roster would do.

Taynara Conti vs Xia Li.

WWE Photo
We go from a great video package about Mia Yim to a match that had a pretty bad looking judo throw from Conti. Xia Li won the match with a heel kick. Not a fan of this match to the honest. The crowd was into it so that's nice but I, unfortunately, wasn't. Curious as to where Xia Li goes from here though.

Then, a Street Profits segment aired and they pretty much were celebrating their won with the fans outside or Full Sail and those guys are gonna face The Forgotten Sons so there's that.

The Undisputed Era in Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong vs Matt Riddle, Velveteen Dream and Tyler Breeze.

WWE Photo
Matt Riddle delivering a kneebar to Adam Cole made me smile considering what Riddle said about Goldberg's kneebar. Minutes after that, Riddle did a suplex but Cole reversed that into a backstabber.

Because Velveteen Dream tagged Tyler while Tyler was going to do a suicide dive and had some miscommunications, The Undisputed Era won the match with a suplex position into a backbreaker from Strong to the Velveteen Dream.

In other words, Roderick Strong pinned the champ. Surely, Roderick's getting a North American championship match right seeing how the misunderstanding played put between Breeze and Drew right? Overall a decent 6 man tag match.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: Damian Priest's debut.

Didn't like: Taynara Conti vs Xia Li.

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

WWE RAW 5/10/20 | A Coherent Review.

I have not said this in a RAW review in a very long time but the show as a whole was straight up dogsh*t awful.  It's so bad that I didn't like one ounce about this program.  pictures via wwe.com Randy Orton Remembers His Match At Clash Of Champions.  The show started off with Randy Orton recalling certain aspects about the WWE championship match at Clash Of Champions.  Orton goes on to say that Drew doesn't deserve the championship because the legends interfered in the ambulance match.  The promo ended with Orton bringing up the fact that he beat up four legends last week on RAW (again, explain the physics behind this?).  Drew showed up and he laid waste on the guy.  Randy has been quite exceptional in the dialogue department but this ain't it.  The promo actually put me to sleep and the show didn't even hit 10 minutes up until that point.  If they suddenly end the rivalry like nothing happened, while it doesn't make sense, I'm all for it be...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
