WWE RAW 11/3/19 | My Coherent Review.

This fallout show after Fastlane was quite poor and it's a great example of why RAW needs to get rid of the third hour. Don't know why the RAW after a PPV is usually not a good show but that's WWE for you.

Opening Segment.

Rollins thinks Lesnar has a problem with guys who are Rollins̢۪ size and style, and he believes he̢۪s the one who̢۪s uniquely suited to beat Lesnar.
The show started with The Shield and Michael Cole at one point actually mentioned Dean Ambrose's contract expiration which is VERY rare. Anyways, Roman Reigns wanted a singles match tonight and told Rollins to stay the beast. After that, Reigns and Ambrose left the arena to give Seth some space. Out came Paul Heyman and he gave his usual stick.
Seth Rollins replied by saying that guys like Balor, Styles and Daniel Bryan took Brock Lesnar’s limit and respects those guys but Seth is the only one that can slay the beast.

Heyman then made excuses as to why Styles, Balor and Daniel took the Beast’s limit which led to Shelton Benjamin outta nowhere suplexes Seth and a match was made between those two. Speaking of which…..

Seth Rollins v Shelton Benjamin.

This is a very competitive yet decent match. Seth Rollins won the match with the stomp. The opening segment was also decent. Did its job to build off the universal championship at Wrestlemania.

Finn Balor vs Bobby Lashley for the Intercontinental championship.

WWE Photo
An okay match. The match ended with Lio Rush distracted Finn Balor which led to Finn trying to do a springboard manoeuvre but Lashley countered that into a spear and just like that, Bobby Lashley is the two-time Intercontinental champion. I don't mind it because that win will only lead to Balor winning back the championship at Wrestlemania in a rematch. Possibly with a stipulation match of some kind.

Ronda Rousey Addresses Her Actions At Fastlane Last Night.

Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey doesn’t care about what the “bandwagon fans” think.
First things first, shout out to the people that made memes about what Ronda Rousey said about professional wrestling. Basically what she said in that segment was that she will beat Charlotte and Becky Lynch because they're a joke.

This would've been a great segment until Dana Brooke came out and cut a very generic and just plain awful promo which led to Ronda beating the crap outta Dana Brooke.

Aleister Black and Ricochet vs Roode and Gable.

WWE Photo
After the team of Aleister Black and Ricochet won the match with the black mass to Bobby Roode, The Revival from behind beat up Ricochet and Aleister Black. I don't know man, I hope this team of Aleister Black and Ricochet is a short term thing considering that they're better off alone.

A moment of Bliss.

Five Feet of Fury claims to be in total shock…
Alexa Bliss came out to present the host for Wrestlemania 35 and that person is herself. Alexa Bliss ends the segment by saying that this has been a moment of Bliss. Whatever.

Braun Strowman was interrupted by a production assistant and he was gifted by the guys over at Saturday Night Live with a car. And you know what he does with the car? Strowman absolutely destroyed it. What the hell was that? I don't hate it but rather I'm really, really confused like where is WWE going with this?

Elias Concert.

WWE Photo
Elias was crapping on his hometown until No Way Jose interrupted the drifter. Elias then beat up the conga liners and No Way Jose. Meh.

Nia Jax vs Natalya.

WWE Photo
Holy crap Natalya, you got so many best friends like pick one. Anyways, the match hasn't started yet because of a brawl between Natalya, Beth Phoenix and Nia Jax.

Batista and Triple H. Face To Face confrontation.

“Your biggest mistake was always underestimating me, and we’re going to do this on my terms,” Batista says.
Triple H came out with his battle gear, wasting no time to call out Batista. Out came Batista with security guards. After Triple H called Batista a “model”, Batista cut a promo basically saying that Hunter should give Batista what he wants. Obviously, Hunter refused it and Batista again wanted to give Batista what he wants and that's a Wrestlemania match between those two. Triple H accepted it and made that match a no holds barred match.

This was rather a disappointing segment man but I'm hopeful that the build for the next three week will be as good as this dull segment.

Kurt Angle Addresses His Future.

He thanks WWE, every Superstar he ever shared the locker room with and the WWE Universe.
Kurt Angle was on the ring to announce that he's completing a farewell match at Wrestlemania and he made his last match in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania against Apollo Crews. The match was okay. Kurt Angle won the match with the Angle Slam.

Roman Reigns vs Baron Corbin.

WWE Photo
This match hasn't started yet because Drew McIntyre came out and deliver a series of Claymore kicks to Reigns. That led to Dean Ambrose telling Triple H that he wants a Fall Count Anywhere match between him and Mcintyre. Triple H accepted it and made the match official.

Dean Ambrose vs Drew McIntyre.

WWE Photo
Don't know why WWE would air a Fall Count Anywhere match on free TV filled with commercial breaks but nevertheless, this was a boring match if I'm being honest. Drew McIntyre won the match with the Claymore kick while Dean was hanging his head with a steel object of some kind. At this point, I was like “Finally, this show has ended”.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: Ronda Rousey promo before Dana Brooke came out.

Didn’t like: Dana Brooke's promo, Batista and Triple H. Face To Face confrontation.

WWE Wrestlemania 26 | A Coherent Review.

I've teased a mystery review on my Facebook page (which you can click here to follow us) and that mystery has now been unveiled. It's Wrestlemania 26. This review was delayed and was supposed to be up last Monday but at least is now up. Also, The first draft of this review was 7 pages long so strap in. By far, the longest review on this very website.  I thought it would be fitting to review a Wrestlemania from a decade back and how do I feel about it? It was a show that if you watched it, you're most likely going to have a good time. It was a mix of great things but terrible things at the same time as most shows.  The 26th edition of Wrestlemania took place in the University of Phoenix Stadium in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona on March 28th, 2010.  The commentators were Micheal Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker. Honestly, Striker was pretty good and a far better colour commentator than Lawler was on this show (even today, Lawler is still bleh on commen...

WrestleFest DXB's Fahrenheit 971 | A Coherent W.

Being a fan of pro wrestling (or any other medium of entertainment) does have its pros and cons when engaging with the industry as a whole.  On one hand, you've witnessed an Eddie Kingston promo that'll make you tear up more than the opening scene of Up.  On the other hand, going to the wrestling subreddit will definitely have you questioning humanity as a whole and the fact that living in an area where a wrestling presence pretty much doesn't exist like a Vince Russo-written storyline that is, you know, GOOD!?  Luckily, the latter retracted my con as a fan because I'm talking about Wrestlefest DXB and their latest joint, "971 Fahrenheit".  Martin Bushby of now Post Wrestling Alumni brought the event to my attention because like a wrestler on an episode of RAW I get distracted all the time.  So, I decided to take a short journey to a taxi then a bus then a train then a 30-minute walk to the show itself and I know I'm going to sound biased as f**k but I l...

NXT Takeover: 30 | A Coherent Review.

NXT Takeovers have delivered greatly throughout the "30 years" of Takeover shows.  This one, in my opinion, wasn't it. For a Takeover program, this was disappointing.  All of the Takeovers are A's or B's and Takeover 30 was a C at best.  At least, I like the stage production set.  pictures via WWE.com PRESHOW: Breezango vs Legado De La Fantasma vs Oney Lorcan And Danny Burch. Winner Faces Imperium For The NXT Tag Team Championship.  It was a fine match. Joaquin Wilde's ring gear was really cool even though it took a bit out of the seriousness from the Legado De La Fantasma stable. I'm just nitpicking though.  Breezango actually won the match and will go on to face Imperium for the tag belts.  MAIN SHOW: Finn Balor vs Timothy Thatcher.  Timothy Thatcher started off this match with a series of punches which he then later transitioned into various submission moves.  Pretty much, Finn has no choice but to adapt to...
