WWE Smackdown Live 19/2/19 | My Coherent Review.

This show was overall, a skippable show just like RAW yesterday and here's why.

Opening segment.

Two days after he and Miz lost the SmackDown Tag Team Titles, Shane-O-Mac talks about the debut of NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa, NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano, Ricochet and Aleister Black, and he has invited them to SmackDown tonight!
The show kicked off with Shane McMahon with his usual cheap pop. After that, Shane McMahon announced that Aleister Black, Johnny Gargano, Ricochet and Tommaso Ciampa will be on SmackDown Live just like RAW last night (click here to read my RAW review).

Out came The Miz and he said that he hasn't stop thinking about their match at Elimination Chamber. Miz also said he admitted that he used Shane because Miz wanted to make Shane McMahon understand where's Miz's coming from.

Miz then wanted a rematch between him, Shane McMahon and the Usos for the SmackDown Live tag team championship to which the Usos came out and insulted The Miz.

That led to Shane McMahon saying that the rematch is on but at Fastlane in two weeks. So we got the first official match scheduled for Fastlane and considering that Shane is a McMahon and has all the Authority, I don't mind it.

Aleister Black vs Andrade.

Would've preferred a match between Aleister Black and Shelton Benjamin so that Black could face a veteran wrestler like Benjamin but nevertheless, this was decent. Aleister Black won the match with the black mass. I'm not hating on this but I hope that Andrade can bounce back from this.

The Bar vs Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa.

After a decent little backstage interaction between Kofi Kingston, AJ Styles and Jeff Hardy, The Bar is set to face Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, hence the title above (No shit, Omar). Anyways, this was a good match. The team of Gargano and Ciampa won the match with a roll up from Ciampa to Cesaro.

Asuka vs Mandy Rose.

Before the match, Asuka was interviewed by Kayla Braxton about the RAW Women's Championship scene right now and is Asuka lost in the shuffle? Asuka replied by saying that she's ready for all challengers. Out came Mandy Rose and she basically said that she's ready for Asuka. The match was okay but that ending was no good because Asuka looked weak. Mandy won the match with a roll up. This match will lead to a championship match at Fastlane. At least I hope so because this ain't a Wrestlemania worthy match in my opinion.

Ricochet vs Eric Young.

Wow, I thought that the entire Sanity was unemployed (sarcasm of course). I mean who do you think will win this match? Ricochet won the match with the 630.

AJ Styles, Kofi Kingston and Jeff Hardy vs Randy Orton, Samoa Joe and Daniel Bryan.

Decent match. The team of Styles, Hardy and Kingston won the match with Kofi hitting the trouble in paradise to Daniel Bryan, pinning the WWE champion for the second time in a row and Kofi got his WWE championship match at Fastlane so that's good.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: The Bar vs Gargano and Ciampa match.

Didn't like: Mandy Rose vs Asuka.

WWE Wrestlemania 26 | A Coherent Review.

I've teased a mystery review on my Facebook page (which you can click here to follow us) and that mystery has now been unveiled. It's Wrestlemania 26. This review was delayed and was supposed to be up last Monday but at least is now up. Also, The first draft of this review was 7 pages long so strap in. By far, the longest review on this very website.  I thought it would be fitting to review a Wrestlemania from a decade back and how do I feel about it? It was a show that if you watched it, you're most likely going to have a good time. It was a mix of great things but terrible things at the same time as most shows.  The 26th edition of Wrestlemania took place in the University of Phoenix Stadium in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona on March 28th, 2010.  The commentators were Micheal Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker. Honestly, Striker was pretty good and a far better colour commentator than Lawler was on this show (even today, Lawler is still bleh on commen...

My Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays: Three Big Returns, A Great Inaugural Women's Championship Match.

If you have been a fan of this site since January, then you'll know that I've completely rebooted my review process and now, I'm doing that again.  Don't worry, the format for my RAW, Smackdown and PPV reviews will still be the same but not on Wednesdays. So, here it is, My Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays.  NXT The Highlights. Adam Cole vs Matt Riddle For The NXT Championship.  A match that opened this episode of the yellow brand, the original bro and the leader of The Undisputed Era tore the house down.  Whether it's Cole reversing the fireman's carry from Riddle into a backstabber, Cole hitting a Panama sunrise twice, a floating bro or the crowd chanting "Adam Cole, bro", it was a visual statement by NXT that the yellow brand is THE brand to watch.  Unfortunately,  Riddle felt short and ate the last shot but there was another highlight I wanna talk about….. Finn Balor Returns To N. X. T.  It's not a typo my friends, Finn ...
