WWE NXT 13/2/19 | My Coherent Review.

Besides the main event, this show was okay at best and here's why.

Dominic Djakovic vs Shane Throne.

The show started off with a match which is refreshing to see. At one point, Dominic did a beautiful springboard corkscrew plancha on the outside. The match ended with Dominic Djakovic did his feast your eyes finish to Throne and won the match. Overall an okay match.

After that, The Undisputed Era cut a promo backstage and they said that they want to finish what they started in 2019.

Also something that happened backstage, there was a verbal interaction between Bianca Belair, Io Shirai and Kairi Sane. Like I said on my last week's review (which you can click here), a number one contender match between Belair and Io Shirai makes sense to me at this point.

Street Profits vs Humberto Carrillo & Stacey Ervin Jr.

Before this, Kassius Ohno interrupted a tag team match and cut a promo basically wanted to leave NXT and then, Keith Lee sucker punched him. After that, Lee wanted to continue this scheduled match.

The match itself was solid. Street Profits won the match here. After the match, The Street Profits grabbed a microphone and they basically called out The War Raiders.  Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner and Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch came out and they all want the tag team titles.

Out came The Wars Raiders and once The Undisputed Era came out, this turned into chaos. This segment made me interested in the NXT tag team division for the first time in a month now. In other words, I like this.

Aliyah vs Taynara Conti.

After Aliyah victory over Conti, Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir beat Aliyah and Conti to make a statement. I have to say, I really like this version of Aliyah. I wanna see more of that.

Ricochet vs Adam Cole.

A very good main event. Ricochet won the match with a death valley driver and then out came the rest of Undisputed Era to beat up Ricochet. Aleister Black came to the rescue and he couldn't handle all 4 members of Undisputed Era. So, he along with Ricochet are down while the Undisputed Era stood tall.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: Main event, the ending to the Street Profits and Humberto Carrillo & Stacey Ervin Jr.

Didn't like: (none).

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

The Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays: Did NXT Just Delivered Their Best Go Home Show!?, A Fantastic AEW Dynamite Main Event.

Did I just witness the best NXT go home show ever?  The answer my friends is yes.  While I prefer NXT this week, AEW Dynamite wasn't bad either and a big step up compared to the series of bore-fest shows they produced.  NXT   Highlights.  Msk vs Legado De La Fantasma. Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament SemiFinals.  God damn. What a way to start off the NXT before Vengeance Day.  Unique offensives from Msk is why that tag team is growing on me pretty quickly.  And luckily for them, they advance to the finals which will be conducted at Takeover: Vengeance Day with a double team manoeuvre.  Xia Li Continues To Dominate.  I've been a fan of whatever NXT is doing with this angle and it's mainly because they're embracing the cinematic scripted nature of the business which is what some consider "unrealistic" for some reason.  And yet, they don't mind The Undertaker shooting lightning-like Static Shock at Royal Rumble 2006 but he...

WWE RAW 5/10/20 | A Coherent Review.

I have not said this in a RAW review in a very long time but the show as a whole was straight up dogsh*t awful.  It's so bad that I didn't like one ounce about this program.  pictures via wwe.com Randy Orton Remembers His Match At Clash Of Champions.  The show started off with Randy Orton recalling certain aspects about the WWE championship match at Clash Of Champions.  Orton goes on to say that Drew doesn't deserve the championship because the legends interfered in the ambulance match.  The promo ended with Orton bringing up the fact that he beat up four legends last week on RAW (again, explain the physics behind this?).  Drew showed up and he laid waste on the guy.  Randy has been quite exceptional in the dialogue department but this ain't it.  The promo actually put me to sleep and the show didn't even hit 10 minutes up until that point.  If they suddenly end the rivalry like nothing happened, while it doesn't make sense, I'm all for it be...
