WWE NXT 16/1/19 | My Coherent Review.

My first ever NXT TV review and I have to say…. this was an okay episode and here’s why.

The street Profits vs The Metro Brothers (aka Deuce and Domino look like).

This was a quick one. After Street Profits victory over The Metro Brothers, the forgotten brothers beat both Angelo Dawkins and Montez ford with funny crowds chants like “we forgot you” and “ you still suck”.

Backstage interview with Matt Riddle conducted by Cathy Kelly and Riddle said that his friend (Keith Lee) will teach Kassius ohno a lesson.

After that, Aleister Black cut a promo basically saying that he wants to start the fight early. Which means that they're gonna have a face to face interaction on next week's episode. Should be interesting.

Bianca Belair and Shayna Baszler face to face confrontation.

Bianca was on the ring, grabbed a microphone and basically said that 2019 will be her year and she got 20/20 when it comes to the NXT Women's championship. Shayna Baszler comes out with her horsewomen buddies and Baszler said that she doesn't see the EST in NXT.

She also said that she will tare Belair big arms apart. Bianca Belair responded by saying that the only thing her arms are doing is holding that championship high. Shayna Baszler then said that she's gonna make Belair from undefeated to overrated.

Minutes after that, Bianca Belair slapped Baszler and walk off the ring. A very good segment in my opinion. It did a good job to build off this match.

Dominic Djakovic vs Adrian Jaoude

Even though I get WWE’s intention in building Djakovic as a dominant monster, this was a slow match for me. Dominic Djakovic won the match with a reverse fireman's carry into a knee strike.

After that, a War Raiders’ promo package played. It was pretty decent with the music in the background.

Johnny Gargano vs Humberto Carrillo

With a name like Humberto Carrillo, you would think that he would win this match right? In all seriousness, Carrillo looked impressive in this match but unfortunately, that didn't help him win this match because Gargano won the match with a springboard DDT. Overall a decent match.

After that, the best heel in WWE right Tomasso Ciampa cut a pretty good promo basically being confident that he will retain his championship at NXT Takeover Phoenix.

Keith Lee vs Kassius Ohno

This was an okay match. The match ended with Ohno hit a low blow without the ref’s knowledge. Then delivered a forearm to Lee and won the match. After the match, Riddle came out to the ring to check on his buddy Keith Lee.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: The Bianca Belair and Shayna Baszler face to face confrontation, Johnny Gargano vs Humberto Carrillo.

Didn't like: Dominic Djakovic vs Adrian Jaoude.

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

WWE RAW 5/10/20 | A Coherent Review.

I have not said this in a RAW review in a very long time but the show as a whole was straight up dogsh*t awful.  It's so bad that I didn't like one ounce about this program.  pictures via wwe.com Randy Orton Remembers His Match At Clash Of Champions.  The show started off with Randy Orton recalling certain aspects about the WWE championship match at Clash Of Champions.  Orton goes on to say that Drew doesn't deserve the championship because the legends interfered in the ambulance match.  The promo ended with Orton bringing up the fact that he beat up four legends last week on RAW (again, explain the physics behind this?).  Drew showed up and he laid waste on the guy.  Randy has been quite exceptional in the dialogue department but this ain't it.  The promo actually put me to sleep and the show didn't even hit 10 minutes up until that point.  If they suddenly end the rivalry like nothing happened, while it doesn't make sense, I'm all for it be...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
