My Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays: RAW And Smackdown Open Invitational, A Major Announcement From Chris Jericho.

While NXT was the better show in my opinion (Omar likes something WWE related!? Well, you don't say), AEW had the most intrigued for an upcoming episode if that makes sense?  Here it is, another week of my honest wrestling Wednesdays.  NXT  Highlights. Becky Lynch Showed Up.  Oh yes, she did with a standing ovation and The Man said that the people wouldn't wait any longer for her to fight.  Lynch insulted Bayley for not getting rid of the only blue buddy that is holding Bayley back and also called out Shayna and her gang. Out came Rhea Ripley and she asked Lynch if she had a set of balls leading to a match between those two athletes. What a segment.  The crowd ate that up including me and some watching at home I assume? A fantastic opening segment and also, how good Becky Lynch is as a babyface? While that match ended in a DQ due to Shayna and her gang interfering and given that they both have a big match coming up, I thought it m...

WWE RAW 18/11/19 | My Coherent Review.

Monday Night RAW was live once more and it was an improvement from whatever the hell was last week's show. Samoa Joe on commentary was good and he didn't add anything in terms of match stats but he was like that friend that reacts to what's going on a TV show in an entertaining way.  Becky Lynch Calls Out Shayna Baszler And Bayley.  The Man opens RAW for the second week in a row and like the header above, she not only calls out Shayna Baszler and Bayley out but she thought that it would be sweet if she brawls with her Survivor Series opponents in the city this episode took place in which is Boston, MA.  The IIconics came out to tell Lynch that the future is them. Charlotte Flair showed up to promote a match she's a part of in the triple threat Survivor Series 5 man tag team match leading to Samoa Joe coming out to join the commentary team. An okay segment.  Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch vs The IIconics.  The Australian duo lost the match and...

The 5 News Week: WWE Setting Up An ESports League!?, Arn Anderson On Not Being Cleared For Physical Angles.

Hello, my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to the 5 news week. The post where I report 5 major or minor news of the week that I don't have time to do it separately. Sorry for not posting a Smackdown review yesterday. I got really ill and still am (getting better) but the difference was that I wasn't in the mood to write a review. Without further ado, here are the 5 news week. WWE Setting Up An ESports League!?   World Wrestling Entertainment is apparently getting into the ESports business aye? At least according to two trademarks being filed last Monday called "WWE SGL" and "Superstar Gaming League". Here's the full description from the United States Patent And Trademark Office about this: "Entertainment services, namely, the production and distribution of an ongoing show in the nature of video games; gaming services in the nature of conducting online computer game tournaments; providing a web-based system and on-line portal for customers to...

My Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays: Wardlow Shows Up, Kay Lee Ray Joins Team Shayna.

I don't know if NXT does the recap highlight video with their theme song regularly or not but I really like it and it's a great way to give newer fans of what to expect on the yellow brand.  As far as my opinions for both shows overall, I gotta give NXT the win for my favourite show of the night not that AEW wasn't bad. It was fine with a few good moments.  NXT  Highlights.  Angel Garza vs Lio Rush For The NXT Cruiserweight Championship.  Garza took off his pants in front of Rush's wife and kids which was great. However, Lio says otherwise and he almost damaged Garza's back hard with the suicide dive.  Angel then countered that with a moonsault powerslam from the top rope leading to a butterfly driver of some sort mere minutes later and Rush kicked out.  Garza tried to deliver that move from the top rope but Rush escaped and hits the final hour (which is a frog splash) and Garza survived that one.  The move Angel Garz...

WWE RAW 11/11/19 | My Coherent Review.

To put it in plain, unseasoned English, this was not a good show. As a matter of opinion, this was a very bad show. Easily one of the worst RAW episodes all year.  Becky Lynch Talks About Her Survivor Series Opponents.  That's what her promo was all about pretty much and also the promo basically described who Becky Lynch is. Who The Man really is. What makes that promo impressive was that the dialogue was heelish on paper and it was executed as a babyface promo.  The last superstar that does blur the lines between a heel and a face promo on top of my head was The Rock.  Anyways, that led to the WWE women's tag team championship and speaking of which. Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch vs Kabuki Warriors For The WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.  Okay. Isn't Natalya supposed to be in Becky's place or something happened that prevented that from happening? But, I really liked when Charlotte allowed Kairi Sane to tag Asuka. It's different and I ...
