THE Inconsistent Coherent AEW Take: All Red Barbed Wire Everything.

The Coherent AEW recap. The only series where the word "consistency" is the equivalent of saying bloody Mary 3 times. And look guys, both AEW shows weren't all that bad aka a typical Tuesday.

Rampage.

Highlights.

Private Party vs Lucha Bros.

Oh, you know this match had a lot of SHOTS, SHOTS, SHOTS (in the taking some punches kinda way and not in the sense of drinking alcohol because I'm a halal boy).

The match was a little too short for my liking but it was sweeter than a peach-flavoured iced tea. Lucha Bros took the W here which means more rankings.

Some Other Things That Happened.

House of Black defeated the Dark Order's John Silver and Alex Reynolds - Something tells me that AEW needs a trios championship (no f**king sh*t, Omar).

Statlander and Athena defeated Renegade Twins - At least Athena's WWE main roster run included a several-month undefeated streak on RAW. This entire feud ain't it for her, the TBS championship and Jade Cargill.

Also, you know your day sucks when Stokely Hathaway didn't cut a promo on that episode.

Lee Moriarty lost to Jonathan Gresham - Lee Moriarty in a few years, AEW CHAMPION.

Dynamite.

Highlights.

Darby Allin vs Brody King.

A pretty good instance of a "David vs Goliath" encounter (yea, no sh*t, Omar). The ending did surprise me since I thought Allin would take the quick roll-up win but instead, Brody choked Allin (harder than Sasha Grey in her prime) and took the W as a result.

That staredown between Sting and Malaki Black? *Insert wide eye emoji*.

Some Other Things That Happened.

Chris Jericho defeated Eddie Kingston in a barbed wire match - All I can say is that it's a lot of blood and guts and slower than that Sloth from Zootopia.

Luchasaurus said, "That Jungle Boy kid? Kinda based" - That short pairing with Luchasaurus and Christian Cage is better than everything to do with The Judgement Day stable.

Ricky "my theme song sounds like a level from a Sonic game" Starks defeated Cole Karter - Eh.

Jon Moxley and Wheeler Yuta took the W against Best Friends - if I was Yuta, I would be staring at the world championship real hard.

Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale and Athena lost to Jade Cargill, Kiera Hogan and Leila Grey - Just scroll up a bit in case all 2 of y'all weren't clear about my thoughts on the feud and Athena in AEW.

WWE Wrestlemania 26 | A Coherent Review.

I've teased a mystery review on my Facebook page (which you can click here to follow us) and that mystery has now been unveiled. It's Wrestlemania 26. This review was delayed and was supposed to be up last Monday but at least is now up. Also, The first draft of this review was 7 pages long so strap in. By far, the longest review on this very website.  I thought it would be fitting to review a Wrestlemania from a decade back and how do I feel about it? It was a show that if you watched it, you're most likely going to have a good time. It was a mix of great things but terrible things at the same time as most shows.  The 26th edition of Wrestlemania took place in the University of Phoenix Stadium in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona on March 28th, 2010.  The commentators were Micheal Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker. Honestly, Striker was pretty good and a far better colour commentator than Lawler was on this show (even today, Lawler is still bleh on commen...

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

The 5 News Week: Quick Predictions On Wrestlemania: Backlash.

Hello, my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to the 5 news week. The post where I report 5 major or minor pro wrestling news, rumours and spoilers of the week that I don't have time to do it separately.  Without further ado, here are the 5 news week.   A Brief Thoughts On AEW Dynamite.  For the first time on this very series, I am going to briefly discuss my thoughts on AEW Dynamite and it was decent for the most part. I do have some perspectives on a few key things.  Most notably, that Cody Rhodes promo which by the way, was without exaggeration, one of the worst PROMOS I've ever witnessed as a 14 year veteran in the wrestling fandom.  The overall dialogue was an example of American imperialism and without a little or too much propaganda (while having the basic understanding of American imperialism), it exposed the very dated nature of the "America vs foreign heel" storyline.  Let's move on to the positives. Miro's booking in recent months has been exc...
