WWE Smackdown 11/2/22 | A Coherent Review.

Other than the women's championship match, this episode (as per usual) didn't do it much for ya boy.

White Ally, Vince McMahon CANCELS Sonya Deville.

Vince McMahon is protecting black women by declining not only Sonya's fine over Ronda Rousey but also ordering the WWE official to not interfere in the Smackdown women's championship bout between Naomi and Charlotte Flair.

Unfortunately, Vinnie Mac didn't say those words in person as he told Adam Pearce to read his statement but you read the title, he's still a white ally to me DAMN IT!

The New Day vs Los Lotharios.

Big E and Kofi Kingston going back to their old ways just don't feel right. We all had high hopes for the big man but WWE loves to kill momentum like a slasher horror movie.

At least the tag match was actually good. Los Lotharios picked up the W with a roll-up from Angel to Kofi Kingston.

Roman Reigns said during an interview with Michael Cole regarding Goldberg's WCW undefeated streak that if he was in WCW, everyone would be winning because the company would still be in business.

Roman may have a few nicknames like the big dog or the tribal chief but philosopher!? Now, that's new.

Aliyah vs Natalya In A Dungeon Style Match.

With a match that doesn't include count outs, you know Aliyah is screwed like Bret……….. Well, I'm not going to say that.

Natalya finally got the W over Aliyah to which she encountered a few kicks By "white knight" Xia Lia. Coolio!

"In-Zayn Podcast Time," Says No One Besides Maybe Corey Graves Because He Sucks.

As a guy who's relaunching a podcast soon, I got a few tips for Sami Zayn already. First of which being DON'T HOST IT ON A LIVE AUDIENCE ESPECIALLY IN A WRESTLING SETTING WHERE WRESTLERS ARE INTERRUPTING YOU!

Zayn put down both Shinsuke Nakamura and Rick Boogs by electrocuting Rick and delivering the helluva kick to the intercontinental champion.

Al Cool Bin Tamam!

Happy Corbin vs Cesaro.

A meh match. Corbin defeated Cesaro with the end of days.

In another interview with Michael Cole, Goldberg wanted to destroy the tribal chief. Maybe in Earth 2, it'll happen.

Midcap Moss would like his match with Drew McIntyre at Chambers of Eliminations to be cancelled but McIntyre was like, "Nah, you good". Okay?

Charlotte Flair vs Naomi For The Smackdown Women's Championship.

The main event is legit the only thing that got me pumped up even though the episode was about to end which is a rare feeling I get from watching pro wrestling, especially WWE's programming.

What a freaking match. Even without Sonya Deville, unfortunately for the glow queen, she wouldn't be able to defeat Charlotte Flair as Flair retained the title with the natural selection.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos.

Like: White ally, Vince McMahon, the Smackdown women's championship bout.

Didn't like: Just cancel the rest of the episode.

The 5 News Week: An Interview With ROH's Eli Isom, Fans Singing Petitions For Charlotte Flair Not Winning Titles Anymore!?

Hello, my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to the 5 news week. The post where I report 5 major or minor news of the week that I don't have time to do it separately. Without further ado, here are the 5 news week. An Interview With ROH's Eli Isom.  Yes. After several and several and several of The 5 News Week articles that I've been putting out since late 2018, I finally got an interview for you guys.  The person in question is Ring Of Honour's Eli Isom. Since graduating from the ROH Dojo, Isom has worked and learned from the absolute best in the industry:  "I’m lucky that I got a chance to train from scratch with ROH, without that kind of training who knows where I’d be right now." So, without further ado, here is the conversation I had with Eli.  Omar: My first question is, how would you describe the persona of "Eli Isom" to resident WWE shills like myself? Eli Isom: For me, my wrestling persona isn’t too far off from who I real...

The 5 News Week Look Back At Each Individual Highlight Of Zack Ryder, Lio Rush as Cruiserweight Championship, The Writer Behind The Otis And Mandy Rose Story.

April 15th, 2020 is a memorable day for me. It is definitely the saddest and noteworthy day of not only mine and the fans' lives but as well as the performers and staff who were affected by this. I am of course referring to the day that WWE released dozens of talented, hard-working people.  For those who are new, I usually report on the 5 major or minor news of the week and that was the original plan.  However, since this week is probably going to be known in the future for the releases, I want to instead document 5 of the performers and staff's individual highlights in their tenure with WWE.  Understand that without the hardworking wrestlers, producers, ring crew, writers and the rest of the staff doing what they do best, there wouldn't be a Playard Wrestling Post. Without further ado, Ladies and gentlemen, this is The 5 News Week Look Back.  How Zack Ryder's Popularity In 2011 Played A Role In WWE's YouTube Strategy Today.  It's hard to believe ...

Priscilla Kelly Used A Tampon In A Wrestling Match: Right Or Wrong?

If you have been away from social media for the past day or so, a wrestler by the name of Priscilla Kelly (who by the way, recently competed in the second Mae Young Classic tournament) competed in a match in which she pulled out her tampon and put it on her rival's mouth. That struck the wrestling world on Twitter with differences of opinions. She did respond to this on Twitter and here's what she had to say: Hey guys. Ya know, it's all fake. 21+ show with a bar. Can't take life so serious all the time. Call me what you will... 🌹 — The Priscilla Kelly (@priscillakelly_) January 5, 2019 What do I think of this? I don't understand why this became as viral as it is considering that we've seen hardcore, brutal, disgusting stuff in a wrestling match before. However, it did get an "ugh" reaction out of me.  Was it right or wrong that she did this? My answer is none considering that wrestling is subjective and there's no such thing ...
