WWE Smackdown 28/1/22 | A Coherent Review.

Smackdown before the 2022 Royal Rumble was pretty f*king skippable. Nothing too major happened which is, unfortunately, to be expected these days.

Legit Royal Rumble Winner!?

At least that's what the entire opening scene implied based on Sasha Banks standing tall in the end after the likes of Aliyah, Natalya, "holy sh*t, Aliyah is getting more of a push than I do" Shayna Baszler and "I'm still here" Shotzi.

I guess the ending was one big stan fan cam so that's cool, I guess.

Ricochet And Cesaro vs Sheamus And Ridge Holland.

Yay! A rematch from the Day One show. The big bruf pinned the Swiss superman to win the tag team bout. Coolirnos.

Naomi vs Sonya Deville.

Oh, my pog of all pogs. This was a fun encounter. I guess the groundhog day of wrestling segments benefited in the end? Not really.

After the glow queen defeated a certified Susan, Sonya Deville, the current WWE official decided to include herself in the women's Royal Rumble match.

In-Zayn Podcast May Be A Bad Segment But It's Better Than The Joe Rogan Experience.

That headline above has a point. The scene led to a tag match between Jinder Mahal, Shanky, Shinsuke Nakamura and Rick Boogs which the latter won the bout thanks to Boogs' strength.

Well, I need the strength to go through a meaningless episode without yawning.

The New Day In Big E And Kofi Kingston vs Madcap Moss And Happy Corbin.

The babyfaces prevailed with the midnight hour. AL Cool Bin Tamam.

Roman Reigns Wanted To STACK AND SMASH Seth Rollins Before Their Match Tomorrow.

Uh, it's a title based feud, what do you think!?

Rollins did steal it in his promo before the dude dodged a superman punch from the tribal chief which was Ricochet levels of cool.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos.

Like: Seth Rollins' promo, Naomi vs Sonya Deville.

Didn't like: meaningless a** matches, In-Zayn podcast.

WrestleFest DXB's Fahrenheit 971 | A Coherent W.

Being a fan of pro wrestling (or any other medium of entertainment) does have its pros and cons when engaging with the industry as a whole.  On one hand, you've witnessed an Eddie Kingston promo that'll make you tear up more than the opening scene of Up.  On the other hand, going to the wrestling subreddit will definitely have you questioning humanity as a whole and the fact that living in an area where a wrestling presence pretty much doesn't exist like a Vince Russo-written storyline that is, you know, GOOD!?  Luckily, the latter retracted my con as a fan because I'm talking about Wrestlefest DXB and their latest joint, "971 Fahrenheit".  Martin Bushby of now Post Wrestling Alumni brought the event to my attention because like a wrestler on an episode of RAW I get distracted all the time.  So, I decided to take a short journey to a taxi then a bus then a train then a 30-minute walk to the show itself and I know I'm going to sound biased as f**k but I l...

WWE Wrestlemania 26 | A Coherent Review.

I've teased a mystery review on my Facebook page (which you can click here to follow us) and that mystery has now been unveiled. It's Wrestlemania 26. This review was delayed and was supposed to be up last Monday but at least is now up. Also, The first draft of this review was 7 pages long so strap in. By far, the longest review on this very website.  I thought it would be fitting to review a Wrestlemania from a decade back and how do I feel about it? It was a show that if you watched it, you're most likely going to have a good time. It was a mix of great things but terrible things at the same time as most shows.  The 26th edition of Wrestlemania took place in the University of Phoenix Stadium in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona on March 28th, 2010.  The commentators were Micheal Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker. Honestly, Striker was pretty good and a far better colour commentator than Lawler was on this show (even today, Lawler is still bleh on commen...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
