WWE NXT 13/7/21 | A Late Coherent Review.

I was supposed to post this review yesterday but because I forgot to even do that (thanks laziness), the NXT review wasn't on its usual Wednesday.

It's pretty odd to publish a review the day of AEW Dynamite (a good show, by the way) but whatever (don't worry my 2 viewers, the AEW Dynamite reviews will be back).

As far as how I feel about this show, the episode wasn't as great as the previous weeks but it was as a whole, a passable piece of programming.

Ember Moon vs Dakota Kai.

Both women showcased their version of "team kick" by literally kicking the crap out of each other.

The word "Intensity" comes to mind after seeing this match.

Kai is victorious with the go-to kick which is one of my favourite wrestling moves right now.

Post-match saw Xia Li setting her eyes on Raquel Gonzalez's women's championship and Gonzalez was on board with the title match.

A random scene out of a WWE 2K universe mode but I don't hate it.

Bobby Fish vs Tyler Rust.

This ain't a wrestling match in WWE without distraction finish as Roderick Strong's appearance was enough for Tyler to kick Fish's head off and that's how the young man won the match.

The Diamond Mine was about to inflict some beating on Bobby Fish but thankfully, the cruiserweight champion Kushida came to the rescue.

I honestly do not know what Bobby Fish does following the dissemination of the Undisputed Era.

He's probably going to have his "going through the motions" phase once he's done with the Diamond Mine.

Sarray vs Gigi Dolin.

Another week, another win for the formerly Sareee. Oh and Mandy Rose is back at NXT which is odd because she was in the middle of a rivalry with the women's tag team champions.

Also, if any brand needed more performers like Mandy Rose, it's Smackdown because their division is as thin as my current bank account.

Dexter Lumis vs Santos Escobar.

Had Dexter Lumis appeared on Lucha Underground, that encounter would've most definitely happened.

Thanks to some outside shenanigans from Legado De La Fantasma, Santos Escobar picked up the victory with the phantom driver.  Indi Hartwell then carried and down and out Dexter Lumis. I approve of this action. Big thumbs up.

Kyle O'Reilly (or Kylie O'Feilly if you're autocorrect or a bad troll) had a sit-down discussion with Wade Barret and he basically wanted a rematch against Adam Cole.

As long as each match is better than the last, I don't hate rematches but every storyline needs a conclusion at some point.

Ikemen Jiro vs Duke Hudson. NXT Breakout Tournament First Round.

A decent match from two guys that I'm familiar with. Hudson wins and advances to the second round with the bossman slam.

Tomasso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher brawled with Peter Dune and Oney Lorcan. Meh.

Kacy Catanzaro And Kayden Carter vs Aliyah And Jessi Kamea.

A meh encounter. Oh, and Aliyah and Jessi Kamea were done with Robert Stone. Cool.

As LA Knight's new butler, Cameron Grimes used his wealth to execute his job efficiently and the million-dollar champion wasn't too happy with it.

Grimes could use his money to somehow get himself a lawyer to somehow find a way to leave his position as a butler but ain't nobody wanna see several month-long legal feud. Just go ask The Miz, John Morrison and Otis!

This was entertaining.

Adam Cole Stated That He Proved To Everyone That He's The Greatest Star In NXT.

The headline above pretty much explained the gist of the promo but he also called out Samoa Joe and the locker room for not being a man enough to face Adam Cole bay bay!

Bronson Reed took Cole's statement to heart as he went toe to toe for a bit with Adam Cole. Out came the destroyer himself, Samoa Joe, as he's looking into Adam's soul.

Because Joe's going to officiate the main event bout for the NXT title that involved Johnny Gargano and Karrion Kross (an okay effort). Kross retained to which the champion choked the life out of Samoa Joe. I smell a feud, people (Omar. your senses are as obvious as telling me that Cori Leray XXL freestyle was horrible).

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos.

Like: Ember Moon vs Dakota Kai, the LA Knight and Cameron Grimes filmed segments.

Didn't like: Nothing really.

WWE Smackdown Live 28/8/18 | My Coherent Review.

Overall, Smackdown Live was better than RAW in terms of having a somewhat good ending. Why you ask? Well, I'm gonna give you what's good, what's ok and the bad parts about this show were none in my opinion. Without further ado, this is my coherent, honest review of this week's Smackdown Live.  WHAT'S GOOD    New day's celebration  You have the new day celebration with their interaction with booker T and the addition of the spinaroonie or the spinaroonie, in this case, was entertaining and an odd but amusing opening segment.  Daniel Bryan vs Andrade "Cien" almas   Daniel Bryan's promo with Brie Bella by his side was like the Naomi vs Billie Kay match, it was there. However, the match itself was pretty good in my opinion. That chop by almas looked brutal bro like damn. Daniel Bryan wins Via DQ by miz beating him, almas hitting the hammerlock DDT, Maryse hitting a brutal looking DDT to brie bella and then miz hitting the skull cru

WWE Smackdown 14/2/20 | My Coherent Review.

Last night was my 2nd anniversary of pumping out written content on this site and I thought since this show has delivered 6 or sometimes 3 out of 10s for 4 months now, I've written some lyrics about my thoughts on Smackdown in the style of the current song opening for the blue brand.  If you wanna put the instrumental version of ACDC's Are You Ready while reading this then that's cool too.  *Cue the intro* Are you Ready?  Are you ready for mediocrity! Then, get ready for disappointment.  No one needs it.  No one needs it.  No one needs it.   Even Bischoff.  Are you ready for mediocrity! *ends with some guitar solos*.  The lyrics may suck but it is at least better than whatever the hell Justin Bieber meant when he sang his current single "Yummy".  Now, on with the review. The Return Of A Moment Of Bliss (Unlike The Return Of The Dirt Sheets, Nobody Really Cares).  Both Bliss and Nikki Cross talked about their c

WWE RAW 6/7/20 | A Coherent Review.

This episode of RAW actually made me look forward to Extreme Rules and that's something WWE doesn't do all that well in recent years. It was a great effort by the powers that be.  Dolph Ziggler Picks The Stipulation For The WWE Championship At Extreme Rules: The Horror Show.  McIntyre is waiting for Dolph Ziggler to pick the stipulation for their championship match at Extreme Rules.  Drew got his wish as Dolph Ziggler said that Drew has been stabbing people in the back and that includes the person that Ziggler brought up but not verbally, Heath Slater.  In a very emotional promo, Slater told his former 3MB mate that he was there for Drew McIntyre when Drew was fired from WWE in 2014 but the Scotsmen wasn't there for Slater when he was fired this year.  So, the one-man-band challenged him to a match and the WWE champion accepted. How was the match?  It was a squash bout. Drew wins with the claymore to which Ziggler was picking on Heath and Mc
