A Few News I Guess: Bad Bunny Involved at This Year's Wrestlemania?, Quick Thoughts On Smackdown Yesterday.

Since this past week's news was slow for the most part, I decided to highlight a few news I guess?

Bad Bunny Involved at This Year's Wrestlemania?

The guy that for some reason people are still talking about weeks later, is reported to be involved at this year's Wrestlemania possibly even getting into the ring.

From Mikey Johnson and PWinsider, the storyline between Bad Bunny, The Miz and John Morrison wasn't written to end on this week's Monday Night RAW because they see it as a mainstream crossover and a way to elevate a performer in Damian Priest.

Potentially some big publication writing about Bad Bunny's appearance at Wrestlemania AND pushing a fresh talent at the same time!?

I'm all in, my friends. Based on his song, "Booker T" and the other PWInsider report of him training at the performance centre, he loves and respects the art form that is professional wrestling.

I could see him pull off a Stephen Amell back in SummerSlam 2015 if I'm being honest based on his decent crossbody during the men's Rumble match.

I see this as nothing but good news.

An Update Regarding Chelsea Green's injury.

The last time we saw her was when Green, unfortunately, broke her wrist on the November 13th 2020 episode of Smackdown and she's getting ready to return for in-ring action according to Fightful select and Sean Ross Sapp.

We haven't seen her talents utilized greatly in WWE so I'm looking forward to her returning.

Here's hoping that WWE doesn't mess up yet another talented performer.

Quick Thoughts On Smackdown Yesterday.

This week's episode of Smackdown was a step up in terms of its ending because last week's one was a disaster.

However, I'm not a fan of WWE continuing the feud between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens.

That last man standing match was a PERFECT end to this feud.

The stipulation itself given how Owens was portrayed, sounded like it was the conclusion of this story that started around 3 months back.

Out of all Edge's appearances, this one was my least favourite.

It was just okay compared to his appearance on RAW or even his fantastic segment at NXT.

Can't wait for Sasha Banks squaring off against Bianca Belair at Wrestlemania. I'm counting the days.

Oh, and that IC triple threat match was great.

My recap in case you were wondering.

Like: Intercontinental championship triple threat match.

Didn't like: Hulk Hogan, during black history month!?, continuing the Owens and Reigns feud.

What do you think about the news I just reported and follow me on the tweets @omartheplayaguy? Anyways, stay safe smarks.

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

WWE RAW 5/10/20 | A Coherent Review.

I have not said this in a RAW review in a very long time but the show as a whole was straight up dogsh*t awful.  It's so bad that I didn't like one ounce about this program.  pictures via wwe.com Randy Orton Remembers His Match At Clash Of Champions.  The show started off with Randy Orton recalling certain aspects about the WWE championship match at Clash Of Champions.  Orton goes on to say that Drew doesn't deserve the championship because the legends interfered in the ambulance match.  The promo ended with Orton bringing up the fact that he beat up four legends last week on RAW (again, explain the physics behind this?).  Drew showed up and he laid waste on the guy.  Randy has been quite exceptional in the dialogue department but this ain't it.  The promo actually put me to sleep and the show didn't even hit 10 minutes up until that point.  If they suddenly end the rivalry like nothing happened, while it doesn't make sense, I'm all for it be...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
