WWE RAW 28/9/20 | A Coherent Review.

Monday Night RAW. A show so bland that I've not reviewed it in 2 weeks.

This week was okay. Nothing too crazy happened that day.

Drew McIntyre's WWE Championship Celebration.

All the yesteryears, Ric Flair, Big Show, Shawn Michaels and Christian were all in the ring to meet with the WWE champion, Drew McIntyre for a celebration.

But, Randy basically pulled out a Braun Strowman from 2017 "I am not finished with you" speech.

After that, Drew issued an open challenge for the WWE title because his name is Drew and he loves to fight (wrong guy, Omar).

I went from really liking this feud to being kinda over it.

It feels like it's something for Drew to do which is a sign that Randy's heat has definitely cooled off.

Asuka vs Zelina Vega For The RAW Women's Championship.

Before the match, Kayla Braxton looked really bored when interviewing Zelina Vega.

Don't know why I pointed that out but it is what it is.

Nevertheless, the match was okay. Asuka retained the title with the Asuka lock.

Back from commercial break, Andrade called Zelina Vega a loser to which he, like Drew McIntyre earlier in the evening, issued an open challenge.

The person answering the challenge was smooth operator *stutters* I mean, Keith Lee.

Lee wins with the spirit bomb. This was fine.

Some guy sat on Bobby Lashley's seat and ate his food.

MVP gave Lashley some of the food that person just ate. Do you know what year we're in, Montel? Ewww!

In another backstage segment, Seth Rollins told Murphy to get the suit that Rollins got for the guy.

Then, Murphy accidentally left his phone and Rollins took it.

King's Court. Special Guest, The Mysterio Family.

Rey Mysterio says that it takes an evil man to break apart a family.

Jerry Lawler then brought up a point regarding Rey's statement of Aliyah being too naive to be in this world.

Aliyah responded saying that Murphy approached her and not the other way around.

Rollins via the titantron, smiles at the whole thing telling the family that Aliyah isn't telling the truth about Murphy.

The truth was a revealed friendly DM exchange between her and Murphy.

That led to Aliyah walking away.

Dominik attacked Murphy from behind after Murphy wanted to beat up Seth Rollins.

Since I've not reviewed Monday Night RAW in a few weeks, what do I think about this?

I don't like it.

The reason being is that Seth Rollins has already proved his point as the Monday Night messiah by beating Rey Mysterio and his son.

So, why stretch this rivalry even further?

Like I said in my Clash Of Champions review, a story must have a conclusion.

Natalya And Lana vs Mandy Rose And Dana Brooke.

The newest members of the RAW roster, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke win that tag match with the knee strike from Rose to Lana.

The team of Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose is something that I don't mind.

The women's tag team division needs some teams so why not?

Aleister Black vs Kevin Owens.

Before the match, Aleister Black expresses his motivation as to why he has repeatedly attacked Kevin Owens is because Owens has a knack of betraying others and how people have forgotten his previous actions.

Pretty much, Black needed help when he was dealing with Rollins and his disciple. Owens wasn't there for him.

I like this promo.

An understandable motivation, especially since Kevin, has betrayed people in the past like Chris Jericho, Sami Zayn, The New Day.

How do I feel about Aleister's new look with the tights and the new entrance?

Something to get used to but it's fine for now. The match itself was pretty good.

Black did a quick knee strike that almost defeated Kevin Owens.

The match ended due to Black accidentally hitting the referee.

R Truth vs Drew Gulak vs Akira Tozawa For The 24/7 Championship.

A Smackdown guy is on RAW for some reason.

Didn't mind last night's segment where Gulak attacked R Truth since it is a RAW and Smackdown event.

To describe the backstage segment from earlier, R Truth, Akira Tozawa, Drew Gulak and then R Truth were all 24/7 champions.

And R Truth is still the 24/7 championship with the AA on Akira Tozawa. *John Oliver's voice* Cool.

Dominik vs Murphy.

A match that started with a brawl, it ended with a win from Murphy due to Dominik being distracted with Aliyah's saying that Murphy is nothing like Seth.

Cool. Cool. Cool.

The Hurt Business vs Apollo Crews, Ricochet And Mustafa Ali.

Speaking of things that just do not end.

MVP basically called Apollo Crews insane for encountering with The Hurt Business again because of how The Hurt Business always won against Crews.

That led to a brawl between the babyfaces and the heel.

The guy that has been on the show Main Event for weeks, led his team to victory with the 450 splash on MVP.

Can this be the conclusion for God's sake?

In a vignette, Bianca Belair showed off her great skills in track and field.

She is impressive as an athlete but when am I going to see her perform again?

Who Answered Drew McIntyre's Open Challenge For The WWE Championship?

Dolph Ziggler came out to reveal that the challenger for the WWE championship is none other than the returning Robert Roode.

I haven't seen the guy in what? Since before the pandemic and the whole shutdown had begun?

Finally. Something fresh and new on Monday Nights.

Obviously, they faced each other for the NXT championship 3 years ago at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 3.

You know, when NXT had actual tag teams but that's a different conversation for another time.

Like the NXT championship encounter, the bout was good.

McIntyre destroyed Roode's chest with the reverse Alabama slam on the ring apron.

After Drew defeated Robert Roode, Randy Orton snuck into the legends' lounge and somehow knocked down 4 guys (one of which is 7 feet tall).

He turned off the lights so beating up 4 people makes a lot of sense, right?

Can somebody explain the physics behind this?

Randy Orton looked like a bad Sam Fisher cosplay with that costume and the goggles.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos.

Like: Drew McIntyre vs Robert Roode For The WWE Championship, Kevin Owens vs Aleister Black.

Didn't like: Repeats after repeats of storylines, the ending, why a Smackdown guy on RAW?

WWE Clash Of Champions 2019 | My Coherent Review.

This Clash of Champions show was one enormous meh. Also, AJ Styles in the pre-show? That's a first but that match was pretty decent as well as the cruiserweight championship match.  Seth Rollins And Braun Strowman vs Dolph Ziggler And Robert Roode For The RAW Tag team Championship.  During this tag team title match, Ziggler hits a devastating looking DDT to Seth Rollins outside the ring. The odd couple then delivered quick tag team moves but moments later Rollins reversed Ziggler's sleeper hold into a falcon arrow to which Rollins tagged Braun Strowman and took out Ziggler and Roode for a bit.  This match has ended with a Glorious DDT from Robert Roode to Seth Rollins after Braun accidentally knocked out Rollins and Ziggler threw the monster among men over the top rope.  A decent opener with a predictable ending that I don't mind. Maybe a triple threat match between the odd couple, The Viking Raiders and The O.C in Gallows and Anderson for the tag ...

WWE NXT 2.0 14/9/21 | A Coherent Review.

NXT 2.0 or as I like to call it, NXT "I'M DIFFERENT" edition.  Let's get the positives out of the way. I like the set and the way it compliments NXT's new water multicolour look. In a world with main roster WWE and its giant screen, the presentation definitely stood out.  The entrance stage set also gave me a bit of a Wrestlemania 27 vibes and because of it, I'm always going to remind myself of that dogsh*t of a PPV so that's definitely a negative.  The main question is, Was the inaugural episode of NXT "third times the charm" edition any good?  Yes. The main thing NXT did right is how they showcase some of the newer faces on the brand.  There were a few head-scratching moments but as a whole, I enjoyed the episode.  Images via WWE.com Bron Breakker vs LA Knight.  We all know that Bron Breakker is an awful name (Bronson Rechsteiner was perfectly fine) but my God, that dude has the LOOK!   I mean, if I had to choose to rebrand myself in WWE, I...

WWE RAW 28/10/19 | My Coherent Review.

Not an enjoyable show like last week's show but it was okay for a typical RAW episode but for a PPV build up, it wasn't good at all.  The Women's Tag Team Champions Opens The Show And….. Paige started off this episode of Monday Night RAW and introduces the Kabuki Warriors which Paige hasn't been on their side for weeks and I'll explain that last comment.  Paige was putting over the warriors and Asuka grabbed her microphone immediately which led to Paige getting her mic back which led to Kairi Sane grabbing Paige's mic. Asuka splits that green mist to Paige to which Becky Lynch came out and brawls with Kairi Sane.  That betrayal from the Kabuki Warriors made a lot of sense considering that Paige didn't benefit them other than being their English spokesperson. Gotta give a big shout out to Paige for selling that green mist without taking a bump. That was great.  Becky Lynch vs Kairi Sane.  That was a very good opener. Kairi Sane reve...
