WWE NXT 3/7/19 | My Coherent Review.

This episode of NXT was alright. Did its job to build storylines further into the future.

Aliyah vs Mia Yim.

WWE Photo
Don't know why but Mia Yim's theme song is slowly growing on me. Anywho, Mia Yim was talking trash to Aliyah and after Aliyah was crawling backwards, Mia Yim said something intimidating and Aliyah literally bounced back quickly. That is a GIF-worthy moment right there.

The match ended with Mia Yim delivers protect ya neck to Aliyah and continues her big moment going forward. This reminds me of when Becky Lynch started to crack up some wins last year and that's how you build a contender for the championship.

William Regal was interviewed in his office about Io Shirai's actions last week until the Forgotten Sons rushed to him and demanded a championship opportunity. Regal said no and Regal decided to make The Street Profits fight against Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch for the NXT Tag Team Championship next week on NXT.

Adam Cole NXT Championship Celebration.

Adam Cole's championship Celebration continues and where we last stop, he went to a pizza shop called "The Gargano's" (and I said last week that it was on England for some reason).

He went to the shop and bought four pizzas and when Johnny Gargano's father was working on that order, Cole pinned a poster of himself on a wall next to a Johnny Gargano poster. Adam Cole then visited a wrestling school that Johnny Gargano is a part of and he gave a piece of free advice to those wrestlers that were training.

That advice was that they should look up to another hero and eventually left the place.  That was a much better segment than last week's version and it just highlighted how great of a heel Adam Cole is.

Also, Killian Dain is re-debuting on NXT. When? Well, it says on the video package that is "coming soon" so there's that.

Kushida vs Jeff Parker.

That was a quick squash match. Kushida won the match with the kimura lock.

Isaiah "Swerve" Scott vs Cameron Grimes.

WWE Photo
Cameron Grimes is someone I'm obviously familiar with because he was a TNA guy named Trevor Lee. Don't know who's Isiah "Swerve" Scott is but he was very impressive in this match.

That sitout powerbomb from Grimes was probably the best powerbomb I've seen in months. Cameron Grimes actually won the match with the double stomp on Scott's chest. A decent match overall but it started off very slow.

Bianca Belair vs Priscilla Zuniga.

WWE Photo
This was a straight-up beatdown from Bianca Belair which is something that she needed after taking back to back Ls as of late. Bianca Belair won the match with the K.O.D.

Tyler Breeze vs Roderick Strong.

WWE Photo
For a main event, I was a bit disappointed but it was an okay match. Roderick Strong won the match with the end of heartache after the rest of The Undisputed Era in Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish distracts Tyler Breeze.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: Adam Cole Championship Celebration.

Didn't like: Nothing.

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

WWE RAW 5/10/20 | A Coherent Review.

I have not said this in a RAW review in a very long time but the show as a whole was straight up dogsh*t awful.  It's so bad that I didn't like one ounce about this program.  pictures via wwe.com Randy Orton Remembers His Match At Clash Of Champions.  The show started off with Randy Orton recalling certain aspects about the WWE championship match at Clash Of Champions.  Orton goes on to say that Drew doesn't deserve the championship because the legends interfered in the ambulance match.  The promo ended with Orton bringing up the fact that he beat up four legends last week on RAW (again, explain the physics behind this?).  Drew showed up and he laid waste on the guy.  Randy has been quite exceptional in the dialogue department but this ain't it.  The promo actually put me to sleep and the show didn't even hit 10 minutes up until that point.  If they suddenly end the rivalry like nothing happened, while it doesn't make sense, I'm all for it be...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
