WWE RAW 4/3/19 | My Coherent Review.

This go home show episode of RAW was decent actually. It made me wanna watch a waste of a PPV called Fastlane with higher expectations.

Opening Segment.

WWE Photo
The show kicked off with the Big Dog for the second week in a row. Roman Reigns cut a promo basically saying that this is the fan's yard now and calls out Seth Rollins to the ring. Seth Rollins said that he's gonna take Roman's fight with leukaemia and use it as motivation to beat Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship.

Roman Reigns replied by telling Seth “good luck” and Roman's wants the band to get back together. Seth Rollins was conflicted at first but later accepted it. Dean Ambrose comes out and he was hit by Elias with a guitar. Decent segment and I was expecting for Drew, Lashley and Corbin to come out but I'm glad that didn't happen.

Finn Balor, Braun Strowman and Kurt Angle vs Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre.

WWE Photo
This match was boring three weeks ago and this match was surprisingly okay. By the end of the match, Braun Strowman ran through the barricade and Lashley delivered Finn Balor with the spear, winning the match in the process. After the match, Finn Balor got physically dismantled by Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley. Meh.

Backstage Interview with Charly Caruso showing Heavy Machinery a locker room footage about The Ascension basically crapping on Otis. Otis then was offended in a way that he looks like he's about to tear up. I'm sure Otis gonna tear up when he and his partner are gonna sit in catering for the rest of their main roster careers, barely utilized.

Natalya vs Ruby Riott.

WWE Photo
This was a quick one. Natalya won the match with a small package. Then, Lacy Evans shows up and leaves. I don't where WWE is going with this honestly.

After that, Stephanie McMahon meets with the guys over at Saturday Night Live in her office. Whatever.

Triple H Addresses The Attack From Batista To Ric Flair Last Week.

WWE Photo
Triple H cut a promo about how he's known Richard Flier for years and how he's been with Ric at his best and worst times. Hunter then called Batista a quitter, a piece of crap and basically called him generic for not showing up which I thought it was funny.

Triple H ended the promo by saying that Batista is facing not the game but rather the man. This segment was fantastic and this is a great example of how you can create magic even with no concrete plans ahead if you know what I mean?

After that, Charly Caruso asked Stephanie McMahon about the RAW Women's championship. Stephanie McMahon said that Becky's suspension has been lifted and Becky Lynch will face Charlotte Flair for the Vacant RAW Women's championship. Interesting.

Heavy Machinery vs The B Team vs The Ascension vs Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder In A Gauntlet Match.

WWE Photo
The shortest gauntlet match I've ever seen. The Heavy Machinery won the match with the caterpillar from Otis. I really don't get why are they making fun of Otis' weight considering that it's NOT. FUNNY. However, this match did make Heavy Machinery look good as a fighting team and that's a positive.

Backstage segment after backstage segment after god damn backstage segment later and we got a match between Elias and Dean Ambrose. Speaking of which….

Dean Ambrose vs Elias.

WWE Photo
Before this, there was an Elias concert and he was no surprise, crapping on Philadelphia. The match itself was fine. Elias won the match with the drift away.

After the match, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins came out to get Dean Ambrose on the same page and Ambrose decided to leave Reigns and Rollins with nothing.

Then, Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley came out to beat The Big Dog and The King Slayer to which Dean Ambrose ran to the rescue and the trio did the shield pose.

Sasha Banks vs Tamina.

WWE Photo
This was okay. Tamina won the match with the superkick.

Aleister Black and Ricochet vs The Revival.

WWE Photo
After a waste of a segment between Braun Strowman and the guys over at Saturday Night Live, this match happened and it was meh. The match ended with a DQ because Bobby Roode and Chad Gable were beating up The Revival and then, both teams in Aleister Black, Ricochet, Bobby Roode and Chad Gable had a physical interaction. This is not a good look for The Revival but at least they didn't lose clean this time.

Becky Lynch Signs A Hold Harmless Contract.

WWE Photo
Stephanie McMahon came out with the championship and the contract. McMahon then called out Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. Becky then signed the legal agreement and Ronda Rousey marches to the ring (get it, because we're in the month of March).

Ronda Rousey wants the RAW women's championship back to which Stephanie McMahon gave her the championship. Ronda then craps on the fans because of them booing her for the past months and attacks Becky Lynch. So, Ronda Rousey is now a heel and I ABSOLUTELY love it. No more Ms. nice bitch indeed.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: End segment, Heavy Machinery looking good in that Gauntlet match, Triple H promo.

Didn’t like: Too many backstage segments.

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

WWE RAW 5/10/20 | A Coherent Review.

I have not said this in a RAW review in a very long time but the show as a whole was straight up dogsh*t awful.  It's so bad that I didn't like one ounce about this program.  pictures via wwe.com Randy Orton Remembers His Match At Clash Of Champions.  The show started off with Randy Orton recalling certain aspects about the WWE championship match at Clash Of Champions.  Orton goes on to say that Drew doesn't deserve the championship because the legends interfered in the ambulance match.  The promo ended with Orton bringing up the fact that he beat up four legends last week on RAW (again, explain the physics behind this?).  Drew showed up and he laid waste on the guy.  Randy has been quite exceptional in the dialogue department but this ain't it.  The promo actually put me to sleep and the show didn't even hit 10 minutes up until that point.  If they suddenly end the rivalry like nothing happened, while it doesn't make sense, I'm all for it be...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
