WWE Super Show Down | My Coherent Review.

Hello my fellow wrestling fans and welcome to my coherent review for WWE Super Showdown and overall, WWE Super Showdown was an entertaining four hours of pro wrestling and here's why.

The New Day (c) vs The Bar for the SmackDown Live tag team championship

I do like the fact that this match opened the show but was it any good? Not really and the way it ended was weird? The match ends with Woods hitting the backstabber followed by a chest double stomp by Kofi to Cesaro and just like that, the new day wins. Decent match but not as great as the other matches they had on SmackDown Live.

Becky Lynch (c) vs Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Live women's championship

Big "Let's go Becky Lynch" chants. If that doesn't tell you anything, I don't know what will. Anyways, the match was pretty good. Becky Lynch retains via a DQ by Becky Lynch. I'm going to assume that the rubber match will be a no DQ stipulation match of some sort at evolution.

John Cena and Bobby Lashley vs Elias and Kevin Owens

Before the match,  Elias was playing thunderstruck by AC/DC via his guitar which was amazing to see.  The match itself was okay nothing special.

The match ends with John Cena hitting the five knuckle shuffle followed by the Attitude Adjustment and then delivered his new finisher called “The Lightning Punch”  to win this match. The 6th move of doom.

After the match, John Cena thanked the crowd for allowing him to perform in the country of Australia. A very generous thing for him to say.

Asuka and Naomi vs The IIconics

Meh match. The IIconics win with Peyton Royce hitting the kick on side of Naomi's head.

AJ Styles (c) vs Samoa Joe for the WWE championship

There was a crowd sign that says "Will U be my daddy?" Which was hilarious. This match was hard hitting. At one point Samoa Joe hit a chop on AJ's chest which almost killed AJ the way he sold it.  The match ends with AJ reversing the kokina clutch and did the calf crusher to Joe and made Joe tap out.  AJ retains the championship and to be honest I don't mind it.

Ronda Rousey and The Bella Twins vs The Riott Squad

Surprisingly, this was a decent six women tag match. The team of Ronda Rousey and The Bella Twins wins this match with Ronda Hitting a double armbar on both Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan.

Cedric Alexander (c) vs Buddy Murphy for the cruiserweight championship

A cruiserweight championship match after the WWE championship match? That's weird but nevertheless, this was a great match. That Michinoku driver to Murphy from the top rope was a thing of beauty but that, unfortunately, wasn't enough because Buddy Murphy wins this match and is your new cruiserweight champion. What a performance by those two.

The Shield vs Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre

WWE Photo
Good match in my humble opinion. At one point, Roman tried to aim the superman punch to McIntyre but instead, McIntyre dodged it and instead accidentally hit on Ambrose. The shield wins this match with Dean hitting the dirty deeds to Ziggler. The win should've gone to Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler but again, this was a good match.

Daniel Bryan vs The Miz

Well, that was a quick match. Daniel Bryan wins with the small package. I'm hoping this leads to a fatal four way for the WWE championship at some point.

The Undertaker vs Triple H

The match was kinda slow for a no DQ match (No shit Omar they're old obviously) but it was a pretty decent match. The match ends with Shawn Michaels hitting the sweet chin music to Undertaker and then Triple H delivered the pedigree to the Undertaker and wins this match.

After the match, Triple H and Shawn Michaels gave their respect to the Undertaker and then outta nowhere the brothers of destruction beat both Triple H and Shawn Michaels and that's how the show ends.

WWE Smackdown Live 28/8/18 | My Coherent Review.

Overall, Smackdown Live was better than RAW in terms of having a somewhat good ending. Why you ask? Well, I'm gonna give you what's good, what's ok and the bad parts about this show were none in my opinion. Without further ado, this is my coherent, honest review of this week's Smackdown Live.  WHAT'S GOOD    New day's celebration  You have the new day celebration with their interaction with booker T and the addition of the spinaroonie or the spinaroonie, in this case, was entertaining and an odd but amusing opening segment.  Daniel Bryan vs Andrade "Cien" almas   Daniel Bryan's promo with Brie Bella by his side was like the Naomi vs Billie Kay match, it was there. However, the match itself was pretty good in my opinion. That chop by almas looked brutal bro like damn. Daniel Bryan wins Via DQ by miz beating him, almas hitting the hammerlock DDT, Maryse hitting a brutal looking DDT to brie bella and then miz hitting the skull cru

WWE Smackdown 14/2/20 | My Coherent Review.

Last night was my 2nd anniversary of pumping out written content on this site and I thought since this show has delivered 6 or sometimes 3 out of 10s for 4 months now, I've written some lyrics about my thoughts on Smackdown in the style of the current song opening for the blue brand.  If you wanna put the instrumental version of ACDC's Are You Ready while reading this then that's cool too.  *Cue the intro* Are you Ready?  Are you ready for mediocrity! Then, get ready for disappointment.  No one needs it.  No one needs it.  No one needs it.   Even Bischoff.  Are you ready for mediocrity! *ends with some guitar solos*.  The lyrics may suck but it is at least better than whatever the hell Justin Bieber meant when he sang his current single "Yummy".  Now, on with the review. The Return Of A Moment Of Bliss (Unlike The Return Of The Dirt Sheets, Nobody Really Cares).  Both Bliss and Nikki Cross talked about their c

WWE RAW 6/7/20 | A Coherent Review.

This episode of RAW actually made me look forward to Extreme Rules and that's something WWE doesn't do all that well in recent years. It was a great effort by the powers that be.  Dolph Ziggler Picks The Stipulation For The WWE Championship At Extreme Rules: The Horror Show.  McIntyre is waiting for Dolph Ziggler to pick the stipulation for their championship match at Extreme Rules.  Drew got his wish as Dolph Ziggler said that Drew has been stabbing people in the back and that includes the person that Ziggler brought up but not verbally, Heath Slater.  In a very emotional promo, Slater told his former 3MB mate that he was there for Drew McIntyre when Drew was fired from WWE in 2014 but the Scotsmen wasn't there for Slater when he was fired this year.  So, the one-man-band challenged him to a match and the WWE champion accepted. How was the match?  It was a squash bout. Drew wins with the claymore to which Ziggler was picking on Heath and Mc
