WWE RAW 11/4/22 | A Coherent Review.

12345, Monday Night RAW still sucks me dry (that was terrible but not as bad as Gudda Gudda infamous "I got her grocery bag" line).

This show had so many tag team matches, I thought for a second that Teddy Long was running the program.

Brock Lesnar Showed up, Spoke To Paul Heyman And Then Destroyed Alpha Academy.

Headline said everything. The line of "the one streak that Brock can't compete" referring to him not ending Roman's 700-day reign at Summerslam was perfect.

As A matter of fact, that entire promo from Heyman was, no shocker, pretty good.

Damian Priest Called Rey Mysterio Old And Wanted Eddie's Son To Join The Judgment Day.

Not gonna lie, Finn Balor's promo on Rey being a bad father was the exact opposite of Heyman's promo in the opening segment.

Balor then faced "the bad father" Rey Mysterio, and it was fine.

The man with, unfortunately, the black tights won the match with the coup de grace.

No Shocker, A Becky Demands Something From A Black Woman.

That demand was a RAW women's championship at Summerslam. Eh. Speaking of which, a good old-fashioned distraction finish led to a count-out loss for Belair. White women, am I right?

Guys, the strange creepy vignettes we've been seeing since Money In The Bank are clearly alluding to the Gobbledy Gooker. Prove me wrong.

Ezekiel And AJ Styles vs The Miz And Ciampa.

It really sucks that Ciampa is essentially 2022's Tyson Tomko.

The match itself was aight and of course, it ended in some sort of f**kery aka a disqualification thanks to Ciampa breaking the count by relentlessly beating Styles.

Asuka And Alexa Bliss vs Nikki A.S.H And Doudrop.

Another okay tag team match. Bliss led her tag partner to victory by pinning her former teammate, Nikki A.S.H.

The Street Profits And R Truth vs Omos And The Usos.

This entire match was set up after both R Truth and MVP (on behalf of Omos) debated a little bit on who's the special guest referee for The Street Profits vs Usos encounter.

And the match was actually decent. This is yet another example of why Omos can't be stopped as he led his team to victory with a double chokeslam to Angelo Dawkins.

Bobby Lashley And Riddle vs Seth Rollins And Titan aka Theory.

Yet another tag team match? After the baby faces prevailed in the main event, Dolph Ziggler gave Theory a superkick which means another time that Dolph eventually takes an L again.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos.

Like: Paul Heyman killed it on the mic as per usual.

Didn't like: So many tag team matches, is Teddy Long the new WWE official?

WWE Extreme Rules 2019 | My Coherent Review.

Man, I'm impressed with WWE in terms of PPVs as of late because overall, this was a fantastic show in my opinion with great matches but the crowd was dead for most of the show so that sucks.  I finally watched the pre-show match between Finn Balor and Shinsuke Nakamura before I went to bed because the show aired at 2 am where I live and it was okay.  By the way, how interesting is it when on last year’s Extreme Rules show, Shinsuke Nakamura won the United States championship and now this year’s show, he won the intercontinental title. Also, it's funny that the intercontinental championship was the main event on last's year show and on this year's Extreme Rules PPV, it's on the preshow.  Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre vs Roman Reigns and The Undertaker.  Mike Rome did better in announcing "The Best In the world" this time than on RAW. Mike Rome's announcement a few weeks ago sounded like that one friend that thinks he/she knows how to ...

NXT Takeover: In Your House 2020 | A Coherent Review.

NXT Takeover: In Your House is like the rest of the Takeover shows, a fantastic 2 hours of professional wrestling.  What makes this show special is the additional nostalgia like how the show started with the NXT WWF inspired intro, the ice cream commercial narrated by William Regal doing his best Lord Alferd Hayes impression, icopro commercial and last but not least, Todd Pettengill.  This is a show that I'm definitely rewatching in years to come.  Mia Yim, Tegan Nox And Shotzi Blackheart vs Raquel Gonzalez, Candice LeRae And Dakota Kai.  A decent opening match. During the match, Nox did a Molly Holly top rope on to every competitor in the match.  Yim tried to give LeRae some Seoul Food but LeRae reversed that into a suplex. Several minutes later, Shotzi did a Salida Del Sol of some sort on Gonzalez to which Nox delivered the shiniest wizard on Kai and won the match.  Finn Balor vs Damian Priest. I actually thought that the closing mo...

The Coherent Wrestling Wednesdays: Holy Sh*t, The Revival Are All Elite, Matt Riddle vs Timothy Thatcher In A Unique Steel Cage Match.

Both shows had its weak points but overall, that was an enjoyable 4 hours of professional wrestling television. I personally liked AEW Dynamite this week.  From an awesome women's match with Shida and Christi Jaynes to The Revival showing up, AEW managed to give me a solid episode and successfully furthered their storylines to next week's exciting show.  NXT   Highlights (at least in my opinion because wrestling is subjective).  Kushida vs Drake Maverick vs Jake Atlas. Triple Threat Match Interim Cruiserweight Championship Tournament.  What a way to kick off this episode of NXT, am I right? Atlas delivered the rainbow DDT but Kushida broke Jake's pin.  Speaking of Kushida, he nailed the armbar submission, however, Drake pinned Atlas because Atlas' shoulders were on the mat and will meet El Hijo Del Fantasma for the finals next week.  I don't know if Drake is rehired or he's going to be rehired but Maverick has a big ta...
