WWE Smackdown 27/5/22 | A Coherent Review.

Yes, people. Hell In A Cell is next Sunday (or Monday morning in my case) and this has been the least memorable build of a PPV I've ever covered.

The question is, was this episode of Smackdown also the least memorable? I mean, yea.

Shinsuke Nakamura And Riddle Go Against The Usos.

Yea, the two guys that lost their tag partners due to injury are challenging The Usos for the unified tag belts and based on the brawl, it looks like Riddle and Nakamura will be facing The Usos which I don't mind. I mean, I did, unfortunately, see someone f**k a corpse.

Ronda Rousey vs Raquel Rodriguez.

The match ended via a DQ due to Shayna Baszler and Natalya's attack on both competitors which led to a tag team match.

Ah. The classic "singles match turned into a tag match". And guess who won? Rousey and Rodriguez. You know what that means?

You're probably going to see the match between Raquel Rodriguez and Rona Rousey again and again and again (sprinkle in a heel turn from Rodriguez) to the point where you're gonna get sick of seeing them wrestle again.

WWE loves taking an interesting concept and beating it to the ground.

Jinder Mahal And Shanky vs Los Lotharios.

Despite Shanky's kick to Angel after one-half of Los Lotharios gyrated to the ring announcer, Shanky's team lost the match with a springboard kick from Humberto to Jinder Mahal.

After the match, Shanky told the modern-day maharajah to talk to the hand Maryse style.

Who would've thought that with all of the theme song changes, Jinder has the best theme song in all of WWE?

Max Dupri aka LA Knight aka Eli Drake is officially on Smackdown as per Adam Pearce. Damn, looking at this model recruiting gimmick, I'm sure Tyler Breeze is missing out.

Sami Zayn And Kevin Owens Go Back And Forth On Who's A Moron And A Liar.

What is this? A wrestling segment or every single interaction on Reddit?

Ricochet And Drew Gulak vs Gunther And Ludwig Kaiser.

The babyface lost with a kick to Gulak's chest by Kaiser.

Two years ago at Elimination Chamber, I remembered that Gulak had a fantastic match with Daniel Bryan.

Now, he's eating pins like a good shake shack burger.

The New Day And Drew McIntyre vs The Brawling Brutes In Sheamus, Butch And Ridge Holland.

You know this show has been really dry when The New Day's feud with Butch, Sheamus and Holland are main eventing an episode of WWE's other flagship show.

Drew led The New Day to victory thanks to a claymore kick followed by an elbow drop from Xavier Woods to the big OI bruf. Meh.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos.

Like: Because the show's dryer than Ashy Larry from the Chappelle Show, there's nothing about the episode I genuinely liked.

Didn't like: The classic cliches are running wild, a reminder that Drew Gulak (A fantastic wrestler) is underutilized.

WWE Smackdown Live 28/8/18 | My Coherent Review.

Overall, Smackdown Live was better than RAW in terms of having a somewhat good ending. Why you ask? Well, I'm gonna give you what's good, what's ok and the bad parts about this show were none in my opinion. Without further ado, this is my coherent, honest review of this week's Smackdown Live.  WHAT'S GOOD    New day's celebration  You have the new day celebration with their interaction with booker T and the addition of the spinaroonie or the spinaroonie, in this case, was entertaining and an odd but amusing opening segment.  Daniel Bryan vs Andrade "Cien" almas   Daniel Bryan's promo with Brie Bella by his side was like the Naomi vs Billie Kay match, it was there. However, the match itself was pretty good in my opinion. That chop by almas looked brutal bro like damn. Daniel Bryan wins Via DQ by miz beating him, almas hitting the hammerlock DDT, Maryse hitting a brutal looking DDT to brie bella and then miz hitting the skull cru

WWE Smackdown 14/2/20 | My Coherent Review.

Last night was my 2nd anniversary of pumping out written content on this site and I thought since this show has delivered 6 or sometimes 3 out of 10s for 4 months now, I've written some lyrics about my thoughts on Smackdown in the style of the current song opening for the blue brand.  If you wanna put the instrumental version of ACDC's Are You Ready while reading this then that's cool too.  *Cue the intro* Are you Ready?  Are you ready for mediocrity! Then, get ready for disappointment.  No one needs it.  No one needs it.  No one needs it.   Even Bischoff.  Are you ready for mediocrity! *ends with some guitar solos*.  The lyrics may suck but it is at least better than whatever the hell Justin Bieber meant when he sang his current single "Yummy".  Now, on with the review. The Return Of A Moment Of Bliss (Unlike The Return Of The Dirt Sheets, Nobody Really Cares).  Both Bliss and Nikki Cross talked about their c

WWE RAW 6/7/20 | A Coherent Review.

This episode of RAW actually made me look forward to Extreme Rules and that's something WWE doesn't do all that well in recent years. It was a great effort by the powers that be.  Dolph Ziggler Picks The Stipulation For The WWE Championship At Extreme Rules: The Horror Show.  McIntyre is waiting for Dolph Ziggler to pick the stipulation for their championship match at Extreme Rules.  Drew got his wish as Dolph Ziggler said that Drew has been stabbing people in the back and that includes the person that Ziggler brought up but not verbally, Heath Slater.  In a very emotional promo, Slater told his former 3MB mate that he was there for Drew McIntyre when Drew was fired from WWE in 2014 but the Scotsmen wasn't there for Slater when he was fired this year.  So, the one-man-band challenged him to a match and the WWE champion accepted. How was the match?  It was a squash bout. Drew wins with the claymore to which Ziggler was picking on Heath and Mc
