WWE Smackdown Live 11/6/19 | My Coherent Review.

For the second week in a row, this episode felt like Monday Night RAW on a Tuesday. This was also a skippable show other than the R Truth segments but you can find those segments on YouTube.

Miz TV. Special Guest, Shane McMahon, Elias and Drew McIntyre.

Another week, another Miz TV segment. Well, two Miz TV segments in this case. Miz showed his shirt with his dad posing his fists with the caption on top that says "my mood" pretty much insinuating that he wants to fight. The A-lister then read a text in the style of Greg Hamilton that says "pest of the world" according to him which was lame on paper but Miz pulled it off.

Shane and his goonies in Drew McIntyre and Elias came out with a crap ton of boos and he wasn't a fan of what Miz said about him earlier. Shane said that every talk show has a musical act and Elias started to play with the guitar. Shane said that Roman shouldn't be ashamed because he lost to the best in the world.

The Miz with anger and passion, said that Shane won the best in the world cup in a technicality. Drew McIntyre cut a promo basically saying that he's superior compared to Roman and he's gonna kick the big dog's head off at Stomping Ground.

Miz replied by telling Drew that Shane is gonna use the Scottish psychopath just like how Shane used him and Drew looked at McMahon in an antagonistic way. Shane then insulted McMiz aka Miz's father to which he made a match between Miz vs Elias and Miz vs Drew McIntyre.

This segment should have not opened the show. That was a mid hour segment that was thankfully saved by Miz himself. Also, Roman was nowhere to be found on this episode which is weird given that he's a SmackDown star now. Overall, this segment was passable.

The Miz vs Elias and The Miz vs Drew McIntyre.

The commercial break in between Drew Vs Miz lasted longer than the entire mini Gauntlet match. Also, that botch from Miz when he was trying to do a springboard double axe handle looked bad but it is what it is.

Miz won the first match with the skull crushing finale and Drew McIntyre won the second match with the claymore kick. Shane because he's a McMahon, made the match between himself and The Miz and he won the match with the triangle choke.

Miz tapping out to Shane McMahon was just sad in the sense that Miz should've got over in the end when he was feuding with Shane and not the other way around but what do I know?

After that, Mandy Rose gave Ember Moon a bunch of magazines that had Rose as the cover to which Ember obviously declined. Mandy Rose told the war goddess that Sonya Deville is gonna teach Carmella a lesson,  broke Ember's Nintendo Switch and Moon threw a temper tantrum.

That would be funny if that's the reason why both Ember and Deville are feuding but then again, Chris Jericho and Kane feuded over how Chris spilled coffee over Kane in late 2000.

Heavy Machinery vs local jobbers.

WWE Photo
Thought that Daniel and Rowan were gonna have a squash match but clearly that's not the case and by the way, is that the guy that voice the created character in my career mode? Heavy Machinery won the match with a double team slam. Also, there was a promo cut by Daniel before this and it was aight.

24/7 championship backstage segment time and in it, R Truth was actually in the production box and Truth couldn't get out. Carmella left because she had a match coming up and when she bounced off, Jinder Mahal with a bad Carmella impression, said that "she's" gonna bring a crowbar. Yikes, Truth.

Carmella vs Sonya Deville.

This was fine. Sonya Deville won the match with a high knee strike.

Then, Alexa Bliss and Nikki were interacting about Bayley fans being asshats which I can relate considering that super fans of certain wrestlers are pretty intense. Alexa Bliss told her BFF that she's gonna have a match against Bayley.

The New Day As A Trio Are Back BaybEEEEEEEE!

In that segment, Big E made a hysterical comment about how if he had a title run for every return, he'll be Charlotte to which Kofi said that he made a booking joke. Xavier asked Kofi about who Kofi beat out of all three of his opponents? He answered by saying that he beat all of them. Dolph Ziggler showed up and he told Kofi that he was screwed at Super showdown.

Suddenly, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn also hit the scene.
Ziggler also said that there's nowhere to run and hide inside the steel cage. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens came out and Sami played the role of a kiss ass for the second time in a row this week (not saying that's a bad thing).

Big E replied with verbal retaliation saying that Kofi's championship reign is about Kofi being the best at what he does. Kofi ended the segment by telling the planet that he's going to beat Ziggler at Stomping Ground. Decent segment but I LOVVVVVVVE when Big E gets serious.

Bayley vs Nikki Cross.

WWE Photo
These promos from Aleister Black about him being for anybody to face him is pretty odd I mean why can't you hit somebody from behind in order to get a match or something? Anyways, the match was okay. Bayley won the match with the Elbow drop.

Returning to the 24/7 Title picture for a moment, Jinder Mahal and the ref left the arena to go to LA because the production boxes were heading there or so he thought? The dude had a vehicle that can carry boxes actually took the box that Truth was in. Meanwhile, Carmella was looking for him. Poor Carmella.

Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed with the 24/7 championship segments on this show but I'm sure I'll get a better 24/7 championship segment soon enough.

Backstage interview time after they replayed the Firefly fun house from RAW last night and Kayla Braxton interviewed Apollo Crews about what Andrade did to him last week.

Crews said that he's not forgotten about what happened to which Zelina Vega came and said that Crews shouldn't mess with Andrade. Then, Vega left and Chad Gable with a new haircut was writing about something.

The New Day vs Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

WWE Photo
This one was aight. Kevin Owens delivered a devastating looking Senton on Kofi. Xavier Woods was about to hit an elbow drop to Zayn but Ziggler used the top rope to push Woods back in the ring.

Big E was tagged by Woods and he laid waste on everybody but he was knocked out with a superkick from Ziggler. The match ended with Kofi hitting the trouble in paradise to Sami and The New Day won the match.

Obviously, Big E looked great in this. Will see where Kofi's reign as champion will go after he's done with the showoff.

So, to recap for all of you slow mofos:

Like: Big E's short passionate promo about Kofi.

Didn't like: Miz tapping out to Shane but that is not surprising, the latest Aleister Black promo was cringe.

AEW Dynamite Blood And Guts | A Coherent Review.

Another watchable episode of AEW Dynamite but this time, it features the first-ever Blood And Guts encounter. Kenny Omega And Michael Nakazawa vs Jon Moxley And Eddie Kingston.  Don Callis announced that Michael Nakazawa is going to face Mox and Kingston all by himself only for Kenny Omega to show up and compete in the match anyway.  A weird booking choice but I'm just nitpicking.  What wasn't weird was how the match ended with a double team dragon suplex into a clothesline from the duo of Mox and Kingston to Nakazawa.  Then, a beatdown ensued from Omega's Posse to Jonny Mox and Eddie Kingston. The Young Bucks vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston? I'm down.  It was revealed later in the night that a number one contenders match for the AEW championship is set up for next week's show between Orange Cassidy and Pac. I'm assuming AEW is saving the Hangman Page and Kenny Omega encounter for All Out?  Either way, AEW has the potential to tell an interesting story of ...

WWE RAW 5/10/20 | A Coherent Review.

I have not said this in a RAW review in a very long time but the show as a whole was straight up dogsh*t awful.  It's so bad that I didn't like one ounce about this program.  pictures via wwe.com Randy Orton Remembers His Match At Clash Of Champions.  The show started off with Randy Orton recalling certain aspects about the WWE championship match at Clash Of Champions.  Orton goes on to say that Drew doesn't deserve the championship because the legends interfered in the ambulance match.  The promo ended with Orton bringing up the fact that he beat up four legends last week on RAW (again, explain the physics behind this?).  Drew showed up and he laid waste on the guy.  Randy has been quite exceptional in the dialogue department but this ain't it.  The promo actually put me to sleep and the show didn't even hit 10 minutes up until that point.  If they suddenly end the rivalry like nothing happened, while it doesn't make sense, I'm all for it be...

WWE NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff | My Coherent Review.

via WWE I don't watch or review the first NXT UK Takeover for some odd reason but I'm so glad I did because that was like the main NXT Takeovers, was absolutely great to watch. I'm just speechless and if you have watched the show then you'll know why (also, if you somehow didn't watch this show, what are you doing? Go and treat yourself with some wrestling goodness.) Noam Dar vs Travis Banks.  A very enjoyable opening match. Noam Dar proves that he's great at what he does with so many submission holes because if you don't know, I'm a technical wrestling connoisseur. Noam Dar won the match with a standing shining wizard.  Cesaro vs Ilja Dragunov. Always great to see Cesaro do what he does best and that's a fight inside the square circle. So, Ilja called out Cesaro because Cesaro's looking for an open challenge and Cesaro obviously picked his challenger.  The Swiss Cyborg started off this match by throwing Dragunov to the outside ...
